I just preordered the new Ultra, my first cellular watch, and as a Fido customer for 15 years it’s seriously making me consider switching to one of the other non-Rogers owned networks.

Rest are all the same. What sets them apart is customer service and pricing

Given my horrendous experience with their customer service/tech support this month, I'm gonna switch to anyone that has actual people you can call

On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.
