Chance K. Johnson (@ChanceKJ) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@Fidomobile Why you haven’t added AppleWatch plans yet is criminal. I just preordered the new Ultra, my first cellular watch, and as a Fido customer for 15 years it’s seriously making me consider switching to one of the other non-Rogers owned networks.

Karen Franco (@KarenFranco1) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m still not getting mobile phone service any idea when that will be repaired
-
cm (@Crackmacs) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@gfinockio @Fidomobile @koodo Yuppers. Thought about switching to their service but after talking to friends and shaw employees who have it, decided against it
-
cm (@Crackmacs) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@gfinockio @Fidomobile @koodo You would be wrong. We've tried but they won't do anything for us unless we leave as clients. Given my horrendous experience with their customer service/tech support this month, I'm gonna switch to anyone that has actual people you can call

@Fidomobile My #concern up & running since #February2020 and I had #patiently waited as everytime I thought you guys will fix the problem from back but depsite of #myefforts nothing have changed. I haven't any seen any #effort from #Fido. #Thisisnottheway to treat your #customers

Cathleen McFarland (@catmcfarland) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@204Girl0574 #RogersSucks is well ahead of the curve of abusive, entitled treatment of its customers- Bell & Shaw are bad, but mere pretenders compared to Rogers/Fido underhanded, sly behaviour & unapolgetically bad service, not to mention #Brightstar their so-called “insurers”of damaged 📞.

Mel Mah (メル・マ)剣盾面白い (@Mdegozaru) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@FidoSolutions hey I think a number is spamming people claiming to be the 'Fido Chinese Customer support' from +14038093609.

crackmacs (@Crackmacs) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@mattmcqueen @BradInYYC @_LaineyBoggs_ @telusmobility @koodo Haven't been with Telus but have been with Koodo, virgin, fido, freedom/wind Would never deal with fido, freedom/wind ever again. Rest are all the same. What sets them apart is customer service and pricing
-
cellarboy (@the_cellarboy) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@MobileSyrup My god Fido really are becoming bottom feeders. Well I say that but they still charge as much or more for their services as anyone else. Probably just a ploy by Rogers to reduce the amount of support staff they employ.

tooomkmkmk (@tmkeycn52xxx) reported
@Fidomobile Thank you for your reply. I’m sorry, but I’m not comfortable speaking on the phone due to a past negative experience with a customer service call. I would really appreciate it if we could resolve this matter through DM or email instead.
-
AudRey (@reyaudd) reported
@Fidomobile Still "having trouble" scheduling a call-back. I'm getting really frustrated! :(
-
Cihad Keskin (@CihadKeskin10) reported
@Fidomobile It’s impossible for me to call that number from abroad without a Canadian line. You must offer an alternative. I won’t keep paying for a service I can’t use. I’m trying to resolve this fairly—please help me cancel or provide another solution.
-
Assiduous (@MrsC72) reported
@Fidomobile What we need done to the account can't be done on our end, it must be done on Fido's end of things. I need a phone number to reach a live customer service agent/supervisor/manager. The appointment call back has been a failure 3x now. Need a solution other than call back.
-
Keith Watts (@atKeithWatts) reported
@Fidomobile I have booked a call back but tomorrow is too late to handle this situation. I've been trying to get help with this since 11 am to no avail.
-
Keith Watts (@atKeithWatts) reported
Absolutely disgusted by the way @Fidomobile and @PurolatorHelp have handled my delivery. I've been told apparently since Fido is sending me a phone and forgot a simple apartment number, Purolator can't deliver it and neither party will fix it.
-
rajesh (@rajeshtwee) reported
@Fidomobile they charged me 70 CAD for using 3G service but why Fido gave initially 3G sim when I my phone is 4G compatible. Please take action on the issue 437-910-1057
-
Nishant Ahlawat (@ahlawatwrites) reported
@Fidomobile have you blacklisted @oneplus . My 5g phone is not compatible with your new network where you have phased out 3g network . And you are charging unjust charges without notice. The best part is support team says they can't help.
-
AudRey (@reyaudd) reported
@Fidomobile Both the chatbot AI and phone AI cut me off, saying they're unable to make an appointment for a customer service representative to call me. I've been trying for days and keep getting the same message.
-
Cihad Keskin (@CihadKeskin10) reported
@Fidomobile Thanks, but I don’t have an active Canadian line abroad, so I cannot make that call. I’m asking again: please provide an alternative way to cancel my line or proceed with cancellation on your end. I cannot keep paying for a service I can’t use.
