    Good luck getting to speak with a live agent at @Fidomobile in an emergency. They'll just change your phone number without reason and force you to book an appointment for another before someone hopefully gets back to u in time. Fantastic work 👏🏾

    Hi @Fidomobile, I’m abroad and my 6-month line suspension is ended. I can’t call from here and chat couldn’t help. Can you please either extend the suspension or cancel my line to avoid charges? Can I keep my number for reactivation later? Thanks!

    Can we put a pause on #AI customer service until it’s figured out better? I have yet to have it be helpful. Maybe all that you charge for service could be used to hire humans? @Fidomobile @LeonsFurniture ?

    Anyone with a mobile account with @Fidomobile double check your bill from the end of June to July you might have a random $80 fee... They've decided to no longer use 3G network (about time)

    @Fidomobile Callback system is pathetic. I scheduled the call back today. You know what happened? Fido canceled my service, without notice nothing. And guess what? I was not able to receive any call! Do me a favour, set a call back today, will you?

    Hey, Happy **** Day. Just wanted to say I despise @Fidomobile customer service. I have huge regrets for coming back to this provider. My advice, stay far away.
