    @Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

    @Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido

    @TrcTrials123 @Fidomobile That sounds incredibly frustrating. Billing errors that take multiple channels to resolve are the worst. Hope they sort it out for you soon.

    @Fidomobile @Rogers please please cancel my FIDO mobile connection. I have been trying to get it done for last 3 months but apparently your customer service doesn't work anymore. My account number is 50470501

    @Fidomobile cancelled within 14 days of activating, was charged in full and no refund as promised - trying to call, it's saying my phone was lost/stolen. help.
