Wow, very disappointed in @Fidomobile. I’m a long-term customer trying to update a plan and the chat person basically said no. I wanted to keep to my price point but I guess no options. Not happy at all. 😔

@enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

@Fidomobile I have multiple phones on my account. One of them was offered 20GB for $50. Another was offered 15GB for $90. Live chat wasn't able to help me get the good offer applied to all my lines. Can you help? If not I'll be exploring @ShawInfo Mobile.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Ok what's going on? This is ridiculous. It's been almost 18 hours! This isn't a "minor" or "intermittent" issue anymore. Why can't you tell us what's really going on? Did an asteroid smash into your satellite in space? I was with Koodo for over 10yrs and regret switching to Fido!
