I should never have taken @Fidomobile’s loyalty offer to switch to @RogersMobileCa Both my husband and I cannot send any outgoing text messages. Fido said this won’t happen if we switched back. I called Tech yesterday and they said it would take 48 hours for mine.

@Fidomobile why am I getting a message saying my phone will be disabled in the extended network when I live and work entirely in a "good service" part of the map of my province? like, if you can't provide service where you say you do, that doesn't sound like I should be punished

@Fidomobile you guys need to send push notifications for expiration of service or sms so user can understand their service expiration. You people need to inform user. I get to know only when i got huge bill for long distance. you people cheat me. please improve your communication process.

@Fidomobile I made a 49sec call ("60cents/perMin"), however I was charged $1.20. Are you so evil and greedy that you have to steal 60cents from a person that's on a prepaid phone plan?! Capitalism at its finest. #CORRUPTION Fix It!
