  @tearingItUp786 @Fidomobile It feels like people implemented this on day one of ChatGPT launch and never improved it from some alpha software It’s just an excellent example of tech debt at this point (we’ll fix it later and nobody does) I haven’t found a automatic chatbot experience I actually enjoy

  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  Shame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider. #scam
