@Fidomobile your company makes just over $3000 a year from my family and delivers super service vs what’s advertised as prestigious yet @FidoSolutions can’t even reply to my messages having me wait an hour and 45 minutes since the last reply. Network and customer service issues

If you like having to restart ur phone every day, just so that it will perform its most basic functions, or constantly have to adjust the volume back up from zero while listening to a program, I recommend the @google #pixel6 from @Fidomobile. It's a piece of ****, but who cares?

  • Roland73619763 Roland (@Roland73619763) reported

  • SteveDaly15 Steve Daly🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@SteveDaly15) reported

@Bryson_M @Fidomobile I’d expect the next one. I got my bills just a day or two after the outage.

  • grinspy Yuval Grinspun (@grinspy) reported

90 minutes of my time trying to get info from @Fidomobile on my new @Apple iPhone order. They don't tell you that their "clearance" prices are low because you'll wait 5 weeks and counting to get the new device.... and their CS support provides ZERO information. #CSFail

  • DavidYu12 David Yu (@DavidYu12) reported

@Fidomobile can we seriously think of a way of implementing a system where caller has to also press a number based on our voice message in order to successfully reach our number (similar to calling customer service center system)? This will help filter out automated scam calls...
