    @Popehat @Fidomobile As in you’re getting marketing from fido or they’re using a fido address? The latter would be really weird because fido doesn’t offer email service.

    @Fidomobile I didn't get my 5GB free data for the day when your servers were down. They said I'd get it in the August cycle. Now The customer care executive is saying that I didn't "ask" for it. What kind of terrible service is this??

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I'm getting more and more frustrated day after day. My account was hacked and the issue was supposed to be resolved about a week ago. I still do not have access to my account. I cant connect with anyone successfully about this or even cancel my account, as my account is locked.

    @Fidomobile I am hoping that someone from Fido will read this message and help me. I had a closed account with a pending balance.I've made the payment, but the account is still showing on my credit report as unpaid. What else can I do? take the matter to CRTC ?

    Second time this month I experience #wifi outage. @Fidomobile --- is this normal? Apparently there is fire near the #Hamilton area affecting the service. :(

    @Fidomobile phone call service agent Cathy is so crude. After I asked questions, she didn't enter my account and said fido system did like that never answer my questions.
