@Ellie_Mirni @GooglePay @Fidomobile And I wasted two hours on the phone talking to Fido's support which has no deeper access than me to my records' logs apparently. All I'm left with is the third party company and beg them for my money back... outrageous. I don't even know them.

@Fidomobile worst live chat. Terrible customer service. They disconnected me twice. No one willing to help. Keep getting transferred. I have two phone lines on my account and preordered/bought the new iPhone 13 pro max with them. I will be cancelling all my service.

Hey @Fidomobile Your company is about to cut off service to my partner because her payment somehow disappeared despite providing bank statements, and a representative assuring it would be taken care of. Now we have to pay twice?! So… Just stealing people’s money now?

Their agents, as well as what I've noticed at @Fidomobile (same company pretending to be different) have a pattern of grabbing cash, customers and making promises that land on ghosting ears and public relations support offers. Yet I'm still out the money and lied to. #cashcow

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Nope. Let’s keep this public so everyone benefits. You offer 25G for $45 for returning customers. Why not to current customers? What did I do wrong, except for expecting you to treat me like you want me to stay? Why make me leave just to come back?
