    @Fidomobile and @FidoSolutions - your service partner @Brightstar isn’t answering my support e-mails. My replacement phone came with a third party charger and a cheap cable that broke upon first use. The responsibility is yours to make this right.

    @PurolatorHelp says they can't do anything right now, I have to wait. @Fidomobile says they can't do anything, I have to wait. No ETA. I can't file a claim with Purolator. What is my option now? Cancelation of my purchase? I will never buys with them again.

    @Fidomobile I haven’t received my bill for the cycle Aug 24 to Sept 24, 2021.. chatted and called multiple times at your support but haven’t got any resolution from last 10 days. Where is my bill??? How are you able to charge me without sending the bill over??

    @Fidomobile terrible terrible company. promised a loyalty discount- to switch spouse over; now no record of the chat that promised it. They don't know anything about it now! Do not use FIDO they are the worst service
