    @dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

    @Fidomobile I had to call a 3rd time to get someone to come today and they couldn't help me because I don't have a line going into my place (which was already expressed in many MANY PHONE CALLS.) The tech then tells me he will have to get someone else to help him and will call me back asap..

    Hey @Fidomobile why did you never fix your web site? It's been what, ~6 years and I STILL can't update my credit card on your prepaid site? "Oops, that didn't work!" (a 5xx error in your JSON API). I gave you VERY DETAILED debugging info the last 2 times, for nothing?

    @Fidomobile failing to understand why I received one year of flawless wifi reception your internet has to decided to stop working at least once a day (if not, more) leading in me racking up my cell phone data and causing issues for my work from home productivity

    @Fidomobile Anyone that feels they were ripped off with Fido scam roaming charges contact me and we can start a class action lawsuit. I checked with a lawyer and it has a VERY good chance of being successful. Cancel your Fido contract!!!

    @Fidomobile been trying to apply a promotion to my Fido account for the past three days, I tried calling customer support and they couldn’t help and now the online account page is down. Any updates on when this will be working?

    @Fidomobile 5) How can you expect me to pay CA$180 for something that’s actually worth CA$5? Pathetic service! Please update the charges as soon as possible or I will have no option other than filing a consumer complaint.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You need to work on your voicemail service. It does not say day and time when the message was left. And after saving 3 messages it start saying your voice message storage is full. I used to have @FreedomMobile , they have far better voicemail service.

    @Fidomobile I am a fido customer for almost 20 yrs. Switching to the basic postpaid plan (from Prepaid). I was told by customer service team to provide two IDs for credit check. Is it true. It was surprising, especially, as I am with fido so long.

    I am an international student in Canada, struggling to get help from fido for fraud that happened on my account. I have been asked to call after every 3-4 business days from the last one month, but no solution yet. Need help as this is very stressful. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions
