    @dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

    Having the absolute most stressful shopping experience with @Fidomobile, buying a phone should not be this painful. I had a better experience buying my car and today I need to call them again for the fifth time. Incompetent support team!!!

    @Fidomobile the worst place to get service. Your agent mislead me and expect me to pay for your mistake. Never ever use your service and I advice other not to use your serve as your company aim is to rip money for your customers. Warning!!! Do not use service with them.

    @gfinockio @Fidomobile @koodo You would be wrong. We've tried but they won't do anything for us unless we leave as clients. Given my horrendous experience with their customer service/tech support this month, I'm gonna switch to anyone that has actual people you can call

    @Fidomobile you guys have the worst online support system ever! I have spent the good part of the last view days wanting to PAY YOU MONEY, and not only does it not work, but there is no way to actually resolve this issue. UNBELIEVABLE

    Hey @Fidomobile your customer service has always been fantastic, but the path to speak to an agent on the phone has become extremely tedious, especially when I already know what I need help with & that I can’t fix it myself online. I don’t need a text with deals. I need a person.
