@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

$50 Credit for referral pending since last 6 months, even after resubmitting the same referral form more than twice within the last 6 months. Horrible service team. No satisfactory response from the customer service team nor the social media team.@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Which i was okay with. Today(17 July) i received my bill which is of $96.05. After taking to customer support again today & explaining my issue again & again. Firstly, a system error happened again due to which the $10 promotion was not added to plan.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions But after 5 business days the bill just went down to $104.96. Again talking to customer service on 24 june. they said that from July bill my plan would be of 6+2 gb+$10 discount on my plan & additional $10 would be deducted from bill since i paid extra.

It’s not everyday that the cellphone companies have excellent customer service but the rep from @Fidomobile that I spoke with today was outstanding. Y’all need to give this gal a raise @FidoSolutions !

When that warranty finishes? Don't call @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions. Even if it was the day before don't call them. Cause their first response is?! "Your warranty has ended we can't help you."
