@dabloat @freedomsupport Exactly. Rogers/Fido/Chatr is having issues too. I've heard Telus/Koodo and Bell/Virgin are also having issues. No word yet on SaskTel, Vidéotron, or TBayTel though

@FidoSolutions @fidomobile @fidosolutions email invoices are not itemized. To retrieve/archive an itemized invoice requires several steps. If you provided itemized invoices to begin with, this would not be a problem. This is poor customer service and asking $15 per PDF compounds it.

@Fidomobile Very Bad service from Fido. On Jan 5th, 2022. My sister's account was cancelled without my consent. Is it normal in Fido customer service to play with customer's accounts without their consent ?

Would like to give a special shout-out to the *********** over at @Fidomobile for shutting down my phone ON MY BIRTHDAY. Slipped my mind and they gave me no warning, no emails updates. Just boom, off. FFS that's a classless move.

@FreedomMobile with them 5 years and i went back to my home country for a visit and didn’t even use my data or make any calls and they are charging me 169 dollars for receiving calls. Anyone recommend a better network? @Fidomobile

Trying to figure out if @Fidomobile is garbage or if the Pixel 6 is garbage 🤔 Texts/pictures constantly fail to send, there's one phone number I literally can't call because it just won't dial the number. I'm ready to just get rid of both.

@Fidomobile I literally have never had to deal with a worst company in my life. You guys charge extra charges, then to contact support it takes at least an hour, just to be talking with rude representatives. LOL, i am literally moving to Bell today.

1. Decide phone bill is too big. 2. Phone @Fidomobile. 3. Wait for callback. 4. Hold. 5. Speak to useless 1st-tier support. 6. Hold ~30 mins for retention. 7. Spend 45 mins negotiating and waiting on their technical difficulties. (Nice lady though.) 8. End up somewhat satisfied.
