@Fidomobile I have been a loyal customer of Fido since last 2.6 years. Since last week I am trying to get a new phone from your company reps are just making a fool out of me.I guess now it's time to quit Fido services and look for newer (more caring) service providers.

@Fidomobile Hi. I received a message that says I registered to use roaming data. I don't want to be registered for that service. How can I be removed for roaming use?

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Well! I just returned from a road trip where I decided to use my cell phone for nav rather then purchase a Garmin Drive. Holy cow…for 15 days I am now nursing a $300 bill whereas I could have purchased a nav device for $150. Never again. What a rip.

@Fidomobile don’t buy from them. They do shady business and expect you to stay. How a phone goes from $23 down to $10 a month in about a month or so is bs. You can’t do anything but gauge us. Been a customer for 20+ yrs and this is the thanks I get.

@Fidomobile worst customer service I have ever experienced. Talking over someone trying to ask a question, then refusing to let me talk to a manager. You guys are killing it. #timetoswitch

@Fidomobile Your support informed you're increasing the bill for all customers. But not telling why. Are you increasing because of "supply" issues or providing anything new? BTW, your call drop rates are increasing monthly; shouldn't that bring some price reduction?
