    @Rogers I still don't have service from your sister company, @Fidomobile. The only reason you guys made a statement is that we complained. Otherwise, you would have kept quiet about it. 24 hours and counting without phone service is unacceptable.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Has anyone else experienced changes to their phone? Since Fido has gone down and back up I have noticed that the UI of my phone has changed (android) all my alarms have reset to standard sound and my ringtone has changed?? These are just a few little things I've noticed....

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions due to the outage a whole business fay was lost with very little communication explaining timelines. 1am until 8pm EST doesn't leave room for recovering that day. @RogersHelps how will you help your customers who run small businesses and lost more time?

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile will you be returning money back to customers for 0 cellphone service yesterday? I hope so as I couldn’t make calls, take calls and no texts sent! Horrible when you rely only on cellphone as primary phone service in 2021!! #fido #rogersoutage #fidodown

    @Fidomobile was badly affected due to outage, no calls, messages no work...services got restored now but was badly impacted whe day.
