@Fidomobile Cannot imagine as bad service as possible. Fido does not need customers. They are happy to cancel connections and asking customers to move to other service providers. Insanely insane

@Fidomobile please extend this the offer for free talk to Iran for Canadians as the internet is still down in Iran and we have no way other than calling them directly. VPN's hardly connecting!!

@sarahblyth Reverse look up shows they are from Vancouver and the service provider is @Fidomobile I agree mobile providers should be able to suspend their phone service for such vile behaviour

@Fidomobile Why is it impossible to call Customer Service support at Fido Mobile. Even their chat support puts you on hold for sooooooooooooo long. Atrocious.

  • Arezou2343 Arezou (@Arezou2343) reported

@Fidomobile Please extend waiving long-distance calls and SMS messages to Iran, the Internet is still down in Iran. Please!

@Fidomobile It would be great if fido can support us after OCT 17th as well. But again, thank you for the free service until OCT 17th, and I do appreciate it. As you know, there is no internet in Iran, and they filter everything, which VPN won't work in Iran. Thank you.
