@desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

@desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

@Fidomobile 5) I wasn't able to talk to a customer service agent today, and instead was given a link to a virtual assistant that made me jump through some hoops to schedule a callback. I am going a little bananas here.

I’ll be leaving @Fidomobile at the end of my contract (2 months to go). Any network suggestions? I’ve heard good things about Telus.

@Fidomobile I’m not upset about my phone services being down, although I do expect reimbursement for that day, I will say, the lack of services showed how no one ever calls or texts me anyways, and I’m okay with that. So, thanks.

@Fidomobile What this means for me is 1) autobilling doesn't work 2) I was unable to pay last month's bill manually, so I now have late fees 3) I haven't even been issued this month's bill yet so I have no idea what I owe

Appreciate the apology from Rogers but a one day credit is a joke especially as my @Fidomobile is still having massive issues today. I think at this stage the entire month should be free.

@Fidomobile @RogersWireless LOL you disrupt our lives, put people in danger, affect peoples incomes and your giving us a day credit??? Like…. $6??? Get ******. Contract is up in September, guess who we aren’t renewing with??? Two times in two years, no service for a day.

@ManuelVeth @Fidomobile This is the second time in just over a year they’ve had basically a full scale outage. Last time it was luckily just cell service. Our Rogers fog ones are back but my Fido internet is still being spotty. Rogers most likely losing a bunch of clients
