They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

I signed up for Rogers Internet at Scarborough Town Centre where Sahil Kapre (Salesperson ID: 14010302) promised a $75 bill credit to my Fido account in the 2nd billing cycle. #CustomerService
