@desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

@desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

Me last week: Guys, @Fidomobile is a great company. Me today: I just spent 2 hours on live chat with Fido trying to figure out why did literally nothing to help my mom. Soooo quick turn around on that.

@Fidomobile your customer service is absolute trash! After 3 months of looking for a solution to a problem no communication only bullshit theories. Merci

@Fidomobile tired of your garbage website and lousy service. It used to be a lot better. Your website has crashed on me and Frozen a number of times. Your support does not respond. And all I want to do is cancel the additional phone line. Disappointed, looking at other carriers

@Fidomobile I'm so disappointed that you have to sympathy for seniors stuck overseas that had charges on their account simply for having the phone on for emergency access.

@Fidomobile Fido another useless conversation with your tech support and customer service team. Blaming the feds for your service not working properly. Telling a customer who is getting 10% of the service that he is not entitled to any rebate because the phone still "works".1/2

@Fidomobile I got an email for winback over a week ago. Have been waiting for a call. I contacted Fido normal customer service number to find out the offer they don’t have anything. How do I get the correct team to call me to find out the offer?

PEI Bound (@SteveNovak1977) reported
@Fidomobile That's just it, you don't help.... you don't do anything other than offer lip service. Your service barely works, you blame everyone but yourselves for the poor service, and expect customers to pay full price for a fraction of the service you sold them. Why is that????
