Zach Burke (@zachburke5075) reported from Norwich, Ontario@desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

Zach Burke (@zachburke5075) reported from Norwich, Ontario@desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

Polygolferous (@OG_BC_Citizen) reported@Fidomobile your customer service is a complete travesty. I'm trying to change address, but I can't even login to my account bc your website never sends the verification code. AI chat bot is useless. Phone dial-a-bot is useless. I'll just let you guys bill the wrong address

Georgina Perez (@Georgin51424274) reported@Fidomobile is there anyone in customer service who is actually willing to help?
-
Masih (@masihhaha) reported@Fidomobile it’s sickening the garbage service you provide to your customers. You should be ashamed of the terrible and trash support system you have. All this money you charge for absolutely ******* nothing.
-
She. M. (@MusingsbyShe) reported@StephenPunwasi @TDotResident I absolutely loved @Fidomobile until I had an issue and couldn't get help, anywhere.
-
Jayant (@jayant_vohra1) reported@Fidomobile I have trying to contact your customer support while i am in india for a while and there is no way to do that. Is that how you support your customer ?
-
Masih (@masihhaha) reported@Fidomobile you are sick. You customer support rep at the retail store are disrespectful and provide 0 help and empathy. He has been losing money monthly by an account that is not for him but has his credit card on and no one can help us cancel this account. Scammers

Hasan Unlu (@hasanun03898098) reportedWooow @Rogers @Fidomobile you claim to be the number 1 yet there is no support after 7 or 8 pm. I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!
-
Armand Swarts (@Smokeywoodbones) reported@Fidomobile So this is prioritized over taking care of current customers? A friend with a recently deactivated phone needs to reactivate but without the fido number active there are 0 means of reaching customer service. Chatbox non-functional, no ability to reach anyone on phone.

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reportedI've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.

Faye 🙋🏻♀️ (@ffurdyk) reported@Fidomobile why are you charging 2x for Travel Passes - due to a KNOWN billing issue - but decline my case when I’ve spotted the obvious overcharge of $160 on my monthly bills? Appreciate an explanation.
