    @desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

    @desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.

    @GlobeTrekker787 @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile My sister has a rogers account and her phone is working fine. MY fido cell was working this morning. A new outage occurred this afternoon. But good news fido says services are restored so I must be fine right??

    @GlobeTrekker787 @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I have no service in Clarington. Ontario. And getting really pissed off that they only have automated messages saying service is restored so there's no way I can tell them it actually isn't.
