    @KarenWenLin @Fidomobile They also charge for roaming when your roaming is turned off in another country. Apparently WE have to call them to opt out. Huh? Never had to do that with other companies. Brutal.

    @Fidomobile I made a call today on April 15th and they said that it will be removed from next month. It’s really bad on the customer service. Totally unhappy. Thank you for the services .

    @Fidomobile …. It’s been close to a month after the Internet a/c been closed but still to receive a return Label in the email , even after the second call to customer service.Instead received Bill for the closed account.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile has worst customer service, First they started overcharging me, after spending hours with them, they agreed to correct their issue but only after 2 months, so for next 2 months I will be overcharged, and after that they will correct that.

    @Fidomobile my once 30GB for $60 plan was once again increased in price without warning or notification. My plan is now $79 - though in march the a 30gb plan advertised for $65 with credits. I thought the whole merger w/your parent company and shaw supposed to drive down prices
