@FidoMobile 49 minutes on hold and counting. Great customer service! I just want to cancel my service which surprisingly is not a self serve option. Hung up on Saturday after waiting 30 minutes. Hire some people!

@Fidomobile my voice msging says my phone number is invalid after having it for 7 years. I tried your online help (jack) to no avail and you don't answer my call after 45 minutes then hang up on me. What gives??

@Fidomobile 's customer service is horrible. Honestly, I feel that there is no Canadian communication company that does the job right. Everything is expensive, the staff isn't trained properly and they'll literally lie to get out of a situation...

@Fidomobile just finished a webchat. Was looking to revamp 3 lines + hardware set up. Sadly, as an 11 yr loyal customer your offer was $600 more over 24 month vs offer from Telus. Any chance we can make something work to keep me for 2 more years so we can celebrate 13 years!
