    Ever since you guys switched to the 5G network my phone barely works. Since March nothing works for me. I can barely receive calls, texts or even connect to a network when I need data. @Fidomobile why am I paying for a service and getting abysmal service ? Cancel my account !

    @Fidomobile you guys are useless oh. Someone is calling for help for something and all your people want to do is push offers of higher phone & internet bill, upgrade phone or get Mastercard. Couldn’t even help resolve my issue. USELESS!!!

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done

    @Fidomobile I ended my contract with you on August 25th, yet you still bombard me with emails claiming I owe you $200+. Your online chat team won’t resolve it and I can’t visit in store or call because I no longer live in Canada. Please fix this before you ruin my credit score.
