@Fidomobile I recently moved to Canada and I see a user Save $50 on the Setup Service Fee when they activate online,but for in store purchase of SIM you are charging me $50 for activation. I believe my first experience with Fido is not that good. My $50 should be waived off.

Funday @Fidomobile thought today would be a randomly great day to cancel our internet service for no reason (legit they did that no joke for no reason) THEN they can’t figure out how to turn it on THEN send me to a store with no modems. 4.2gb in hotspot for WFH and counting. 🤬🤬
