    @Fidomobile I was disconnected from chat after 5mins of inactivity after waiting 3 hours to get someone. Phone lines and chat are now down. Website isn't working. I have been trying to set up voicemail for a week and can't. What gives? Unacceptable.

    @Fidomobile Think twice before choosing Fido. Cell phone order pending for a week. No support or help provided. Left without phone for almost a week.

    @CxoxMarie @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Nope It’s not even shipped. Worst customer service ever from Fido. Why take an order if the phones are out of stock. They don’t even mention that phones are out of stock so we will ship it to you once back. Pathetic! 😔

    @akshayp2312 @Fidomobile @san_bains Lying to customers and offering poor services would not be resulted from being busy. Something is not right about the company management.

    @Fidomobile I have had no mobile data service since Friday afternoon. Cannot get through to a live agent on chat. Spent 1h50 this morning holding for customer service. Cannot get through to technical support. In-store staff could not help. How do customers actually get support?!?

    @Fidomobile I just wanna say whoever your loyalty customer service agent is that just called me. They deserve a raise. Seriously the best energy and most helpful customer service agent I’ve ever encountered.
