@Fidomobile Fido another useless conversation with your tech support and customer service team. Blaming the feds for your service not working properly. Telling a customer who is getting 10% of the service that he is not entitled to any rebate because the phone still "works".1/2

Me last week: Guys, @Fidomobile is a great company. Me today: I just spent 2 hours on live chat with Fido trying to figure out why did literally nothing to help my mom. Soooo quick turn around on that.

I regret setting up auto payments by @Fidomobile I thought I was going to have peace of mind. But what I realized is that auto payment somehow didn't kick in yet! I have an unpaid bill with NO reminders and late charges on my account. Definetely NOT a happy customer Fido.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hey - several days now of dropping calls all the time, or the person can't hear me when I call. Calls fail continuously, or won't dial at all. Voicemail takes a day or two to show up. Texts constantly not sent. Can't figure out what I'm paying for!

@Fidomobile tired of your garbage website and lousy service. It used to be a lot better. Your website has crashed on me and Frozen a number of times. Your support does not respond. And all I want to do is cancel the additional phone line. Disappointed, looking at other carriers
