@Fidomobile When you call Fido 611 and request a person call you back… they set the time up however they never call you, instead they do leave voicemails saying that you were unreachable. Very frustrating and very poor customer service

Hi @Bell, My family & I are seriously considering switching our landline phone, television, internet, and two mobile phone plans away from @Rogers & @Fidomobile due to their continuously bad service and lack of accountability. Kindly slide into my DMs if you can help, thanks!

@FidoSolutions Don’t know what you mean. The problem is @Fidomobile your customer service is not working. I set up 3 calls through 611 to talk to a person and 3 times did not receive a call at all yet did receive voicemails that stated I was unreachable. Please fix this

@Fidomobile Your customer service people on chat are so nice. They would close the chat after you are able to contact them after a long wait. To hell with client, that is the motto. Priyanka from PEI did this today.

@Fidomobile There was an outage too in Comwave. Now would you call that sheer coincidence. No! I am a comwave subscriber and PQ and BQ made a last to the minute move to stop me from disclosing the truth: Francophone Oblates were responsible for the genocide of the indigenous children!
