@RitzChawda @Rogers @Fidomobile Hey Ritesh, our phones here support VoLTE, I have it on has I'm typing this but Rogers is intimidating and extorting customers into their monopoly over what devices we choose to use. They called it grey market, I call it Rogers wanting complete control over us cell usage.

@Fidomobile Got off the phone with them 20 minutes ago. It’s very frustrating, especially when the guy I was talking to had long pauses between questions and couldn’t answer simple ones. I asked if there was anything he could do to help, and said no.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions getting hit by the $75 3G charge...despite having canceled mobile services back in Jan/Feb. Had sent an email, only to be told that I have not transitioned to an upgraded network.

.@Fidomobile I’m trying to call you today to tell you I am getting less than 100kb/s speed on a plan that promises over 50mbs. However, when I call, I’m faced with a robot that wants to schedule a call with me for either tomorrow, Saturday or Monday. Do I cancel my account now?

@Fidomobile thanks but I can’t call if my phone is not hooked up and doesn’t work I will look into store in person but I am going to cancel all my services soon if this isn’t fixed thank you

@Fidomobile Thanks for your help, but i'm no longer a customer. Maybe relay this to management. Guessing you lost a few.

  • chrissycee75 Christina B Juras (@chrissycee75) reported

Switched to @PublicMobile_EN and my phone is now working under VoLTE but this didn't work while I was on @Fidomobile 's network. I also have the same data and a wider roaming range on a cheaper plan. Bye @rogers...

  • opinionated_fin Neil (@opinionated_fin) reported

@Fidomobile Please help with reversal of charges for 3g transitioning to my account. My CC reference I2429037112. Been a loyal customer for a couple of years, but this sort of unnecessary charges will make me switch

  • DJBryson Deejay Bee (@DJBryson) reported

@Fidomobile I have a LG G8x. I used the tool you provided and it says my phone is compatible. But likely not, as my best option is GSM/ HSPA/ LTE auto. So, what is prob happening, when it loses LTE signal it flips to HSPA. And! They charged me 84.00 and won't waive the fee. Just wow.
