    @Fidomobile Very poor customer service. After 1.5 hours on being on the call. Service never completed. Really pathetic

    Hi @Fidomobile HELP please. Charge for a service I didn't add to my plan & didn't use, it doubled the bill. I had it removed but fido wont back date it to when fido added it. Now fido's saying they cant fix it & I must pay or fido will cut the phone line. Pirate much?

    @judes1487 @Fidomobile Same. My phone won’t connect to any service at all. And of course Fido doesn’t have customer service after 5pm on Sundays.
