@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I am very disappointed with your new call back feature if I want to speak to an agent and I call, I do not want to be redirected to online. You need to give your customers the option to decide if they want online or OTP. This is poor customer service

  • ShamimAbbassi Shamim Abbassi (@ShamimAbbassi) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@TELUS @Fidomobile we expect the same support from you as well. So many Iranians need this support. #MahsaAmini

  • CoffeeGeeker Mark in Victoria 🌻🇺🇦 (@CoffeeGeeker) reported

I guess being a @Fidomobile customer for over 20 years now has perks. Just updated my 2yr contract, and put @beciamecia on it too, and after discounts, loyalty boosts etc, we're paying around $45+ tax ea. a month for over 25gb data, unlimited calls and text. Quite happy w/ that.

  • iamrouzi 🏴Rouz🏴 (@iamrouzi) reported

@Fidomobile Please do support the Iranian customers, like Telus and Koodo, waive all long-distance charges, including calls and texts, made from Canada to Iran.🙏🏻🙏🏻 #MahsaAmini #مهسا_امینی

  • Madjidmohamadi Madjid (@Madjidmohamadi) reported

@TELUS Wao! That's awesome! I've been a @Fidomobile customer for more than three years and due to internet blockage in #Iran haven't had the chance to contact my family for more than 10 days. I wish Fido could do the same for Canddian Iranian customers too. #mahsaamini #مهسا_امینی

@Fidomobile please check fido outage in Barrhaven. No internet since morning!

  • outlander75 day dokhtar (@outlander75) reported

@Fidomobile I am sure you have heared koodo and telus has made calls to Iran free of charge. As fido client for 8 years I expect you have the same policy and support your clients. People do not have internet and we are worried about our loved ones .thanks

  • Letustravel2 Let us travel (@Letustravel2) reported

@Fidomobile Good luck if you can use it even 50 mb coz the internet service is still down by fido & rogers…

  • CasualPopFan Casually Fanatical (@CasualPopFan) reported

Always been happy with @Fidomobile, but the inability to reach someone on the phone is maddening. I keep going through phone prompts & always end up being directed to go online. Customer service is important, and online is not it. I'm aware of the irony of complaining on twitter.

@Fidomobile How do I know if I got it ? I’m from ns and my data shows what I normally have and it shows it going down, what happens if I run out of my original data?
