    @FidoMobile 49 minutes on hold and counting. Great customer service! I just want to cancel my service which surprisingly is not a self serve option. Hung up on Saturday after waiting 30 minutes. Hire some people!

    Dear @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions how come for a new #homeinternet client you’re offering 50% off for 12 mo & for an 5 yr old customer you don’t? Which one is more valuable for you? I’m trying to renegotiate my contract with #Fido but looks like I’m not a valuable client anymore!

    Imagine waiting 40 mins with @Fidomobile and the customer service rep cuts you off, gives you the shittiest deal of the century, and basically tells you to go to @virginmobilecan LOL joke of a company

    @Fidomobile just finished a webchat. Was looking to revamp 3 lines + hardware set up. Sadly, as an 11 yr loyal customer your offer was $600 more over 24 month vs offer from Telus. Any chance we can make something work to keep me for 2 more years so we can celebrate 13 years!

    @Fidomobile i just became a customer on 23rd nov. And i’ve not been able to get in touch with an agent via live chat for 1.5 days. Can i please get somebody to help with porting number and answering some queries?

    @FidoAre @Fidomobile These providers that piggyback off of legitimate providers are all terrible. Personally would not waste my time. I’m with Bell and have zero issues or anything to complain about.
