Nav ID (@7Navid7kg) reported@Fidomobile I have been trying to cancel my phone service by calling your company multiple times. Each time I inform the representative that I wish to cancel my line, they hang up on me. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor service. Please address this issue asap

My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY!
