Hi @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Just want to let you know that your "WinBack" team LOST As a long term Fido customer, they did not call me when I schedulled an appointment! They were supposed to call to adjust my plan I was interested to get back to Fido

@Fidomobile I am going to cancel my account in July, but in the meantime the plan I currently have is listed at half price of what I am paying. Can I change my plan and then cancel without penalty or is there a contract? I'm doing the switch online and it doesn't specify there is a contract.
