Ben (@edmontonbenny) reported@Fidomobile please have someone return my call. Apparently the only way to add ny daughter as authorized on my account is to speak to someone via a phone call. But despite your advertising that support is avail 24/7 I can’t reach anyone until Thursday. This is unacceptable. I

Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reported@Fidomobile @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions You guys are trouble makers. I was at peace after leaving but you brought me back with false promises—no hotspot, no free US calling. And no one is calling me back, which is disappointing. Fix this ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

leaky (@leaky766) reported@Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada
-
Stacks_₿s (@stacks_sats) reported@Rogers @Fidomobile WHY IS YOUR CUSTOMER/TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM SO BAD!? NOBODY SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH AND IT TAKES DAYS TO GET A CALL BACK. Ridiculous. Slap in the face to customers who have been with you for years. I'm switching.

Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reportedShame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to old provider.#scammer

🇺🇦 Anna Filina (@afilina) reportedClearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)
