@Fidomobile worst customer service. I have 2 years of relationship with multiple lines but still customer service has no solution to my problem. Either your team only apologises for disconnects the line while talking/chatting. Time to switch to another provider.

My account got suspended even after making all the payments on time i am unable to contact my family and i am suffering problem to use google maps because internet is also shut down by @Fidomobile i have also made a call at @FidoSolutions but they are not picking up

@Fidomobile your live chat support is 3rd class. Please improve your service i had to wait 45 minutes to chat and then suddenly in between the convocation it ended automatically. Very disappointed with fido switching to freedom.

@FidoSolutions . Which she’s been told for the past two months. Is this a reasonable wait time? I don’t know why you or @Fidomobile think this is acceptable customer “service.” She has been a loyal customer for many years but your lack of concern to assist her will make her look elsewhere.
