@Fidomobile value your customer and respect your commitment. At the time of the contract store commited something and now it can not be done !!! Candadins are paying the highest price for the setvice and still company's not repecting theit commitments.

@Fidomobile I contacted your customer service at 14:00 this afternoon +1 (888) 481-3436. The employee transferred me to a manager called Bianca. She’s quite rude. didn’t solve a problem for me and even yell at me at the end of conversation then hung off her phone call when I was speaking.

Hey @Fidomobile, I've been trying to sort out my referral credit for months now and keep getting the run-around. I keep getting transferred to the wrong department and I find it surprising it's this difficult to fix a credit issue. Please help!

@Rogers My home internet with @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions is not working for more than an hour today. I am waiting to talk to an agent for over 1 hour and 40 mins now. I have no internet now. Tried all troubleshooting
