@Fidomobile I ordered for a new iPhone 12 upgrade online on June 12, and I did not get even any shipping confirmation on it till today. When I talked to Fido customer team, they said that my order was cancelled by the system. How’s that even possible? Can you please look into it?

@Fidomobile dissapointing service from fido. Long story short , tried setting up a home phone line. Couple hours or more spent so far to get fido to tell me they won't honor promotional price. Asked for a manager because it was was going no where and never got called back 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

@PurolatorHelp ring fast & run; no time to sprint to door, then you must get yr pkg 14 km away from yr house? Wot? Not to mention @Fidomobile don't send you a shipping notice. Phone folk who work for both of them are great; systems on the ground TERRIBLE. End of rant.

I don’t recommend @Fidomobile at all. I am currently with a different service provider. On June 5th, they offered me a plan and iPhone 11 pro max at $33.33/m with $0 down. Deal was done and I was waiting for more than a week for the sim and the phone.
