@FidoAre @Fidomobile These providers that piggyback off of legitimate providers are all terrible. Personally would not waste my time. I’m with Bell and have zero issues or anything to complain about.

@JamesNflint @Fidomobile Yeah I don’t really want to give Rogers my money because that’s essentially like staying with Fido. The annoying thing is that the actual service itself is excellent I have recommended it many times in the last. Their customer service is total garbage tho

@Fidomobile something is going on with your support centre - was put in queue for an hour on hold, only to then be disconnected with a “unable to take your call” message - what other way can I get support without wasting my time on hold?
