@Fidomobile It is 8 years that I am a Fido customer. Right now there is a protest for #Mahsa_Amini in Iran. internet has been cut by government. 10 days I don't have any news from my family. Kodo made free calls to Iran till 14October. Would like to know what Fido will do for loyals like me.

Always been happy with @Fidomobile, but the inability to reach someone on the phone is maddening. I keep going through phone prompts & always end up being directed to go online. Customer service is important, and online is not it. I'm aware of the irony of complaining on twitter.

@Fidomobile Dear fido, How about waiving long distance fee for call to Iran in this horrible situation. (Same as what telus did). The government of Iran has cut off the internet. #MahsaAmini #مهسا_امینی
