    @andymoir I kind of want Xplore to succeed.. their plans are actually cheaper than Koodo/Fido/Virgin NOW! I've had customers who had SIM card errors or not able to access data so they said "eff it, move me over to x company"

    @Fidomobile, I had requested to suspend my number from 28 February or the next billing cycle. Why is it suspended immediately. Wasn’t informed about this. I’m unable to connect with your customer service. This is causing inconvenience. Kindly help.

    @VoiciRogers @Fidomobile @INMagazineCA Maybe start by not pushing the liability of your agent misinformation on a customer.I have been trying to resolve a dispute of over $600 to no avail.I keep getting pushed from one agent to the other. I am never recommending fido services to anyone I know.Resolve my dispute!!

    @Airtel_Presence @Fidomobile It's been more than 4 days. Even after more than 10 calls to fido/Roger/Airtel, not getting Roaming on fido number from Canada . Can I expect any resolution ? Its seem to be Roaming partnership issue .

    .@Fidomobile your customer service is appallingly awful. Between my husband I we have spoken to 6 representatives today to resolve a mistake YOU MADE! One of them was helpful, but couldnt correct the mistake. Now we can only speak to a manager in 24 hours.
