    @andymoir I kind of want Xplore to succeed.. their plans are actually cheaper than Koodo/Fido/Virgin NOW! I've had customers who had SIM card errors or not able to access data so they said "eff it, move me over to x company"

    @Fidomobile 2 days with you and my internet was cut. That’s what I call a great way to start with a new customer 👏👏👏👏. And of this time no one to pickup the phone.

    @Fidomobile was offered a plan and they agreed on it and now they took a flip on their words. Horrible customer service and they never fulfill their promises for the existing customers . Regret to be with Fido.

    Just gonna throw this out there. @Fidomobile will forever be better than @virginmobilecan ..... virgin has done nothing good for me, and when you call them instead of them helping you they direct you to self service that doesn’t even solve your problem. Worst customer service .

    @Fidomobile since the new update I can't access the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I still have the same issue

    @maxfawcett With @Fidomobile for 19 years. I may have a couple of challenges/issues but they never disappointed me. Also, I always apologize to the person on phone before starting my rant that it isn't directed to you but want my concerns recorded.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Attention loyal customers!!!!! They provide the worst untrustworthy and unreliable customer service ever. And every supervisor gives different and most importantly stupid answer so that you can't reach a solution.
