@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile i call to fix my account when i signed up for mobile plan but your tech rep created another account under my name instead of fixing it, i need to cancel one of my account immediately

@Fidomobile it’s sickening the garbage service you provide to your customers. You should be ashamed of the terrible and trash support system you have. All this money you charge for absolutely ******* nothing.

@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?

@Fidomobile your customer service is almost non existent, I got a scheduled appointment for after 3 days and nothing is happening when I picked up the call!! I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!

@Fidomobile I’m telling you rn if I have to schedule a return phone call 3 days away and can’t speak to a human when I call customer service I’m gonna renew my MULTIPLE lines with a competitor.

@StephenPunwasi @TDotResident I absolutely loved @Fidomobile until I had an issue and couldn't get help, anywhere.

@Fidomobile You guys set up call backs you are not willing to honour . With your crappy data service up north . This is very pathetic

@Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this

@Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

@1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.
