  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  @Fidomobile HEADS UP. Your new 1-888 contact system is horrible. You cannot speak with an agent. You must choose a callback. Atrocious service. AI rage baiting service. Drives you made. Takes days for a call back.

  It's been 3 months since I cancelled, yet @Fidomobile continuous to charge my credit card every single month. your customer service is non-existent. You haven't resolved my past billing disputes, but you keep creating new ones. Stop charging me and clear my past disputes now !

  @Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

  @Fidomobile your customer service is almost non existent, I got a scheduled appointment for after 3 days and nothing is happening when I picked up the call!! I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!
