    @Fidomobile - For the past 2 months your team has not been able to refund the credit on my bill. I ported out to a new network on Nov 22, 2020. It's been 2 months and after multiple follow ups - I have not yet recieved the refund / credit ony account. (Post 1/n)

    @Fidomobile continued.... Yet the credit amount cheque has not reached me till date and it has been 2 months.I was told it takes 3 weeks. First call made to ask them to update my address for the cheque to be sent.Somehow the postal code noted by the customer service rep was wrong

    @Fidomobile - I just went to my Fido account online to close it. Apparently one has to call you to do that. I'm deaf. I cant call. And that "Ask Jack" thing? Useless. Your service is not deaf-friendly at all and your storefront is closed due to COVID.

    The end of the month?So tell me this @Fidomobile how do you allow your customers to be charged such high amounts during this stressful time and not even have a decent team to provide customer service and help with problems like this that were caused by a simple misunderstanding?
