    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    Clearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

    Looking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.

    @Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.

    @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.

    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps Team I need some help! Transfered my mom's existing number from Rogers to Fido, but we are getting billed by both! Rogers is billing old #, Fido is billed new #, and her existing Rogers number should have transferred over. Who do I start with for help?
