    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    Bring back real customer service with real humans ! You can't keep cutting costs like this. You guys are essentially fast tracking losing customers If that's the goal then fine @Fidomobile

    Signed up with @Fidomobile in March because of $30.51 plan. Few months later, price increased by $5/month - 16% increase. How is it reasonable to attract new customers with one price and then increase it after they sign up? Seriously undermines customer trust.

    @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.
