WHEN I TRY "ASK JACK" MY PROBLEM IS TOO COMPLEX TO DO OVER CHAT. IN TEARS TWICE NOW. I WILL BE LEAVING FIDO AND TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS.
