    Looks like @Fidomobile doesn’t have the habit of honouring the offer to their customers. Their words change within a matter of hours. Extremely disappointed with their service after being their customer for 2 years! Beware of their customer service. #disappointed #fidoscam

    @Fidomobile Disappointed un Fido phone support, sending me to store with invalid codes. Long story but when you sell a phone to someone and offer a deal, you should honor it.

    Utter disappointment over @freedomesupport service. I activated a prepaid SIM card on 5th July. No incoming calls, I am still waiting for a resolution. Now after 5 days network team says they issued a number which was already ported out to @Fidomobile

    @virginmobilecan @Fidomobile hey guys, @koodo won’t show any compassion for a complete accident. Less than 30 days using their service again and I’m being penalized for not understanding clearly what wifi calling means. Now I feel completely stupid as a customer

    @Fidomobile I have just ordered a mobile and found out that other people with that mobile are facing issues. I want to cancel that order as I am yet to receive the shipment confirmation. Possible or should I wait for the shipment to come and don't accept it?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Which i was okay with. Today(17 July) i received my bill which is of $96.05. After taking to customer support again today & explaining my issue again & again. Firstly, a system error happened again due to which the $10 promotion was not added to plan.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions But after 5 business days the bill just went down to $104.96. Again talking to customer service on 24 june. they said that from July bill my plan would be of 6+2 gb+$10 discount on my plan & additional $10 would be deducted from bill since i paid extra.

    @Fidomobile do you have any real customer support team who can resolve problem and just not waste hours and hours of time on the call for nothing productive other than telling that you will get a call from our side in 2 business days which never comes?
