@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile What are you going to do to compensate for the inconvenience. What do people do who have an emergency? It's a contract. You are not holding up your end by not providing what is paid for. So, you need to do something for you customers. ASAP, I'll be going to another provider.

Having a 12-hour (and counting) @Fidomobile outage is a great way to run up against the limitations of 2-factor authentication that relies on text messages. Also @Fidomobile has, like, zero information about this outage aside from platitudes. Useless.

Will that @Rogers and @Fidomobile mobile network has been down for hours! Imagine the income loss for those dependent on them. I can imagine using the transport app and suddenly you are left in a limbo.

@Fidomobile I thought the whole point of having another line (a landline) was so I could have access to a phone when/if cellular service goes down? Landline is down too, so really no point. #rogersoutage
