    @Fidomobile I am using Fido and the Fido customer service are saying to go to third party for the solution, as if give money but go ask someone else for solutions.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Can you tell me why my phone down payments is not showing on my record and I am be billed like I didn’t make any payments. I have complained severally but no one is helping to resolve this issue even after showing a payment receipt. I am at this point so fed up

    @CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Would it be too much to ask that these service providers put some sort of a check to charge the roaming like home daily charge only if the data used for the day is over 1MB, especially when they know about these issues ?

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

    I didn't think there was such a thing worse than @RogersHelps #customerservice until I had an issue with @Fidomobile . Its much worse. Oh wait, Fido is Rogers. SMH.
