    @Fidomobile I am using Fido and the Fido customer service are saying to go to third party for the solution, as if give money but go ask someone else for solutions.

    @FidoMobile 49 minutes on hold and counting. Great customer service! I just want to cancel my service which surprisingly is not a self serve option. Hung up on Saturday after waiting 30 minutes. Hire some people!

    @Fidomobile i just became a customer on 23rd nov. And i’ve not been able to get in touch with an agent via live chat for 1.5 days. Can i please get somebody to help with porting number and answering some queries?

    @Fidomobile I got a contract plan on 22 Nov. TN was activated but I haven't got the handset yet and the store doesn't have an ETA. But I've already received the first bill which includes the setup fee, earlier waived off by the store. Shall I rant here or you guys will fix this?

    @JamesNflint @speckalli @Fidomobile Hi James, Just a head's up we here at TekSavvy are not owned by rogers. Our customer service agents are not employees of theirs either. We do run on their infrastructure and use their techs for activation and tech visits if needed. Hope this helps. TSI-LM

    @Fidomobile 1st day of taking a home internet connection and for activating the same - after 3 redirects from customer care and 45 mins wait I am told service hours are over and have to call tomorrow. amazing customer care? #fidosucks

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Fido has most poor helpline service I waited 35 minutes to talk with representative then she verified info and call disconnected online help service is just time wasting
