My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY!   @Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido
