Today is the first day I can register for my covid vaccine BUT their system needs to verify my phone number through a text message.     @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions due to the outage a whole business fay was lost with very little communication explaining timelines. 1am until 8pm EST doesn't leave room for recovering that day. @RogersHelps how will you help your customers who run small businesses and lost more time?

    @Rogers I still don't have service from your sister company, @Fidomobile. The only reason you guys made a statement is that we complained. Otherwise, you would have kept quiet about it. 24 hours and counting without phone service is unacceptable.
