@Fidomobile I am using Fido and the Fido customer service are saying to go to third party for the solution, as if give money but go ask someone else for solutions.

@Fidomobile Fido is a Rogers brand name. Try Techsavvy, they’re an independent company. I’ve been a customer of theirs for a while and they offer good service and a good price.

@Fidomobile I never received these nor did my sister. My mom & I signed up on the same day and we both got scammed into a contract that apparently is “ToO GoOd 2 B TrUe” 🙃pls know she’s also legally blind. dealing with this has been giving me daily anxiety for the past 4 months. Thanks Fido

@Fidomobile Disappointed; still waiting for a customer service call back for over 3 weeks; we were charged late filing fees when we never received our paperless invoice since July 2020; so much for COVID 19 considerations!!

Longer mileage with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile, 2 phones, shopping for the 3rd line, and I still can’t get promotion my friends are getting without even asking. Customer support: “Promotions are not scientific process, I can’t help you”.
