    @Fidomobile contacted me today with the worst retention offers. I’ll gladly stay with Virgin mobile since my over 10 years of loyalty meant nothing. In this economy, I refuse to spend more than $40 for a phone plan.

    @Fidomobile 4) I reached out to customer support specialists multiple times over the past two days and asked them to update the charges from $180 to $5 and they simply said they can’t do it.

My number clearly belonged to an individual running from creditors, likely including Bell. I told them. It didnt help. The least they could do is have a 3-month cool off period when they recycle #s
