    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I just got a notification that I have used 100% of my monthly 10GB but that is impossible because my plan restarts every 27th of the month. Can’t help but feel like this is a ploy to get me to upgrade to 30GB for more money 😒

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Personally, I think this outage is in retaliation for the latest #crtc ruling. It shouldn't take almost 16 hours to fix these outages. I see a lot of compensation to customers for this outage today. Totally unacceptable!

    @Fidomobile Likewize (device protection for android) by @Fidomobile is a company formerly known as Brightstar. Look at their reviews on google. Many complaints and bad reviews on how unprofessional this company is. Don't buy device protection from fido. It's a rip off..

    @Fidomobile Why has no CSA been able to assist with this issue? Wifi calling in another country when I am on airplane mode and only wifi. I have been charged for this can called twice and tried talking to someone on the online chat many times. It’s not okay!
