    After hours of arguments, Fido actually admitted fault and offered to credit the 1000 minutes at the standard rate ($1.95/min), bringing the bill down to $1,300+, which he still can’t pay.

    Ok so Rogers was tryna funnel customers from chatr to Fido/other sister companies because they were moving a lot of the chatr ppl from 3G to LTE and wanted consumers to pay more for the same service. Gotcha.

    Traffic Services blames “budget” on lack of traffic enforcement. What I’ve seen out there are police officers on traffic duty, ignoring blatant traffic violations. This is a cultural problem, not one of budget. Toronto Police officers follow the FIDO motto: F* It Drive Off.

    @bp256r1 @FlyingTrilobite @c_9 @convertdcyclist They’ll only change once there’s a new Police Chief. This FIDO (**** If Drive Off) culture present in the police service, runs deep. For cyclists, it’ll only change once we have complete streets. Too many people are inherently selfish. They care about their safety, not of others.

    @FidoSolutions I was in the byod plan, tested an iphone upgrade but changed my mind. Returned under 15 days remorse yet Fido takes 4 days after arrival From UPS on purpose: bad business

    @StephenPunwasi @normsworld I’ve been predicting this for years and unfortunately it’s coming true. TPS have been working to rule ever since carding was taken away. They’re doing only the minimum work required, letting traffic violations pass. It’s known in police circles as FIDO: “**** It Drive Off”.

    @FidoSolutions I am having an issue with my wife's phone, we are both with fido under same account 2 numbers. When I call her, everytime it rings 1 time then goes to voicemail, it only does that for my phone number and no-one else, my phone is key2 hers is keyone

    Second time calling @Fidomobile today. 8th time calling this month. Customer Support Agent Patrick blatantly told me to hang up when addressing my situation. I need to speak to Supervisor promptly. I expect correspondence and a phone call before 9pm. I am done waiting.

    Hey @virginmobilecan I’ve been a customers of yours for years now but recently got a sick deal from @Fidomobile. can you beat it so I don’t switch!? They’re sending me a SIM card in the mail and then I’ll port my number over unless you can beat their offer and keep your customer.

    I now get at a minimum of 5 automated calls per week about tax fraud or other (e.g. random Chinese calls). It's resulting in me never answering my phone now. Why am I paying for this ****? @Fidomobile @CRTCeng how is this being addressed?
