We repeatedly requested to cancel our mobile plan as we are no longer living in Canada, yet we keep getting charged. Emails have gone unanswered, and this ongoing lack of support is totally unacceptable.

My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY!
