    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Can you tell me why my phone down payments is not showing on my record and I am be billed like I didn’t make any payments. I have complained severally but no one is helping to resolve this issue even after showing a payment receipt. I am at this point so fed up

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

    @Fidomobile You charged me 126$ instead of my normal monthly fees. Trying to reach your support since last 2 days. No luck, no call back. Before I go other routes I want to try here.
