  @Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

  It’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

  @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

  Just opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.
