But the sales person who offered me this plan from Fido told me that plan is unlimited which is 10 GB full speed (you can check the call recording) #FraudFido

They simply kept telling me that nothing can be done. #FraudFido

I shipped this item weeks ago and am now being charged by Fido for “not returning the modem”. Where is my package.....?
