    @Fidomobile what gives . I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Guess its time to bring my lines over to tells one by one

    So disappointed and upset with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m on disability and made payment online, first time it finally came up error payment not received. Then puts both my $175 payments thru, customer service says my fault call bank ! 2 days later I find out

    @Fidomobile Your customer service is totally hopeless. Your chat doesn’t let me chat with a human, and your phone bot? … That phone bot is a whole ‘ other level of sleazy. Your phone bot asks me if they can use my existing number to call me back. Yes, I say, and she promptly hangs up the phone. Yes, this does reflect poorly on you. Shame on you, FIDO.

    @Fidomobile do you guys not have an active line rn? Where we can reach a customer rep? Our bill went up and we only had the option to schedule a call, it’s ridiculous. Where’s the customer service? Considering cancelling rn
