  @Fidomobile what gives . I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Guess its time to bring my lines over to tells one by one

  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  @Fidomobile What is wrong with your custserv? AskJack is 100% useless, then tells me to phone. On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.

  @Fidomobile Filing CCTS complaint. Mar 22: Promised $27/80GB. Agent ran credit check + wrong area code. Mar 24: 5hrs on calls, tech says porting impossible unless I pay $70. Cancelled, but billed $116 today (Mar 26) for UNUSED service. Void this now. #CCTS #Fido #Telecom
