    @Fidomobile what gives . I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Guess its time to bring my lines over to tells one by one

    So disappointed and upset with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m on disability and made payment online, first time it finally came up error payment not received. Then puts both my $175 payments thru, customer service says my fault call bank ! 2 days later I find out

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions No one wants to be responsible to replace a defective phone while I'm wasting time and money on every "come back" or talk to fido or the store... All broken promises

Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct

    @Fidomobile We have been trying to contact Fido for months with no response. We repeatedly requested to cancel our mobile plan as we are no longer living in Canada, yet we keep getting charged. Emails have gone unanswered, and this ongoing lack of support is totally unacceptable.

    @Fidomobile Fido failed to fix fido app, after one month and 20 days when eventually quit fido they fixed it and send an email to me saying your app is fixed and account is linked to youe account. Whats the point in doing this when I already quitt. this is waht fido serves like.
