Allan Tham (@Allant92) reportedHorrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

boja_reddii (@BojaReddii) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile This issue has been ongoing since Nov 2025. I signed up for Rogers Internet at Scarborough Town Centre where Sahil Kapre (Salesperson ID: 14010302) promised a $75 bill credit to my Fido account in the 2nd billing cycle. #CustomerService

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.

Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile why is service so utterly **** at Lakeshore and Mississauga Rd?! I barely get data, I can never make effing calls. I've got to restart my phone constantly to get service here and it's been almost 3 years of it now! I'm nearong my wits end!

Vaibhav Panwar (@2vpvp) reported@Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido

Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile I understand you can’t give me specific shipping details over Twitter, and I’m not asking you to. What I am asking is whether the 1–2 day shipping timeframe that was advertised when I placed my order is still being honoured, or whether my order has actually been moved to back order. I placed the order specifically because the advertised shipping time changed from 4+ weeks to 1–2 days. Now my order says “BACK ORDERED” and “Shipping estimate: Unavailable.” If the 1–2 day timeframe I was promised at the time of purchase is being honoured, then there’s no issue. But if I’ve actually been put on back order with no shipping timeframe, I need to cancel the order. I’m simply not going to start paying for a phone I don’t have. That doesn’t make sense in any universe, and it’s not happening. My current phone works perfectly well and has plenty of storage. If this order means waiting weeks for an upgrade I only decided to buy because the advertised shipping time dropped to 1–2 days, I’ll just skip the upgrade this cycle altogether. So please just confirm whether the shipping timeframe advertised when I placed the order is still being honoured. If it is, great. If not, I’ll cancel. As I stated, I'm not going to pay off the current phone I am still using to then start paying down a phone I don't have and don't know when I'll have in my possession. I really do not appreciate the bait and switch. I watched that phone for weeks and jumped on it when the shipping time dropped to 1-2 days. In the email I received from you, it said I should expect my phone in 2-5 days, which fits with the 1-2 day shipping time. If you're unavailable to meet that for your customers, WHY was it posted online?

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)
