@Fidomobile I had 1.89 gb of data left when I checked 15 minutes ago, I was just listening to some music now for about 15 minutes (this uses about 0.5 gb in five hours or so) and got a message saying data is finished and has been paused. That’s not possible, please help with this

@Fidomobile very slow internet speed in Kamloops, BC. What's the point of having "high speed" data in my plan.

@Fidomobile I am having a horrible time with Fido. Have 1 number, but 3 bills and all incorrect. I've wasted most of my holidays calling or in store. Please send help?

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions After being a loyal customer for 4+ years, was asked to pay $350 extra that I have been scammed for. Support team manager was rude, refused to solve the issue & was ok if I switch to another service provider. Did not expect this !! Goodbye forever!

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions So so disappointed! I called your customer care and waiting period was more than a hour and called your store at least five times but no one responded to calls and even they haven't called me back! Is this the way that established brands work here?
