    Clever tactic taking multiple support calls to a single agent @Fidomobile. Probably lowers your 'wait time' metrics. Start adding in the time on hold while the agent helps everyone else at the same time.

    Sometimes when the home internet is slow = Activate @Fidomobile 5 free hours of unlimited data! Get all my downloads/ updates done within the free hour. Amazing! 🥳🔥

    @Fidomobile What support, I've been transferred, put on hold and had to reenter my info and keep pushing the same stupid numbers 5 times to be put on hold and hung up by the same Indi person twice. You guys sold out, your service as become worst than Bell.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hey - several days now of dropping calls all the time, or the person can't hear me when I call. Calls fail continuously, or won't dial at all. Voicemail takes a day or two to show up. Texts constantly not sent. Can't figure out what I'm paying for!

    Pathetic customer service from @Fidomobile. It has been more than 2 weeks and they failed to ship my wife's new SIM because of incorrect address. After multiple call backs still there has been no progress. This is when she is transitioning from Telus to @Fidomobile. Sad

    @Fidomobile Can you pls suggest how to elevate an issue with an unpaid refund of $600? My friend was finally able to get a response after posting his issue on FB (faulty modem, no service, billed anyway), but the 'customer service' disappeared again once the modem arrived.

    @CRTCeng needs to check in the bad customer service being provided by @Fidomobile to its customers. No ownership being taken of commitments being given both on recorded lines and emails. Complete lack of ownership of customers.
