    @NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

    @Fidomobile I was put on hold for 2 hours, when the rep finally answered my phone, she upgraded my plan without my consent then when i questioned her why changing it to a worst plan she hanged up on me! WTF? FIDO seriously?

    @Fidomobile I have had no mobile data service since Friday afternoon. Cannot get through to a live agent on chat. Spent 1h50 this morning holding for customer service. Cannot get through to technical support. In-store staff could not help. How do customers actually get support?!?

    @JoelBennett @Fidomobile Broken today too. I got what sounded like a scam call about my bill. Tried to log in and it just logs you right out.

    @Fidomobile your customer service is INFURIATING. 2.5 hours on hold, u asked 1 question then was told "Customer Service would know" and was out on hold for another 2.5 hours!! OMFG I'm switching. See ya.

    @akshayp2312 @Fidomobile @san_bains Fido customer solution people said they would call me back with confirmation or whatever, they never called back. Today, after two hours wait, an incompetent person put me back to the wait line. The chat service was cut off unless you keep typing. Being busy is not excuse.
