@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

After 2 weeks of trying, my complaint did not get resolved by @Fidomobile. My suggestion, do NOT believe anything their agents offer you.

. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I've been a customer for 7 years and spent thousands of dollars over the years and the customer service I get in response is a 3 hour phone run around when I'm disputing roaming charges from a country I've never step foot in. Ridiculous..

@Fidomobile Ordered a router form your website where it says that it takes 48 hrs to deliver it. Spoke w/ your customer service today just to find out that the earliest I can get my router is Monday (almost a week since I made an order, not 48 hrs as promised). Empty promises

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile basically blaming for their customer service rep for not doing their job, I literally cannot make this up. What a joke!!

.@Fidomobile When you make a promise to a customer, make sure you follow through. Or you will end up losing that customer. Switching to Fido was a terrible decision for me.

@Fidomobile I’m online with your customer service. Apparently if your authorized on the account to make changes, you can only add a line. Or change the plan. You can’t subtract a line though? This makes no sense, especially with all the surrounding circumstances with my situ.
