Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

Jay (@jasonunff) reported@Fidomobile extremely disappointed with Fido's service. Signed up for the $30/20gb over 3 months ago, and have followed up with multiple hour long calls in the last few months but my account still has been discharged and mishandled. My first bill came out to be $105.56 :(

Nimesh Patel (@Nimeshp1992) reported@Fidomobile I got my fido bill more than what was promised. first month bill was $75.82 instead of $50 plan. Second month bill is as per $50 plan instead of $35 plan. Customer service is very bad to resolve the issue.
