@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

@Fidomobile don’t buy from them. They do shady business and expect you to stay. How a phone goes from $23 down to $10 a month in about a month or so is bs. You can’t do anything but gauge us. Been a customer for 20+ yrs and this is the thanks I get.

@Fidomobile I can’t believe it. I bought a $40 SIM for 8 GB last Fri & got my first invoice this week. Surprisingly, They were charging the Set up fee WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION when I bought it. SURPRISED to see the $103.77 invoice. I’ve NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED this!!! #fido #sim

@Fidomobile I am repeatedly getting spam calls masked under my OWN number. You REALLY need to up your spam-prevention game. Called customer service multiple times, to no avail.

@Fidomobile Hi. I received a message that says I registered to use roaming data. I don't want to be registered for that service. How can I be removed for roaming use?
