  • LotSixteen Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Stratford, Prince Edward Island

@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

I feel sorry for all the @Rogers @Fidomobile customers not having any service today since 5:20am My work phone is Rogers but thank God my personal phone is @koodo #KoodoRocks #NeverServiceIssues 👏👏👏👏👏

  • trevortwining Trevor Twining (@trevortwining) reported

@mysoulblazing @Fidomobile In all honesty I can wait a bit, we're in a fortunate situation here and in reality I do have time. But I shouldn't have to, and Fido's service let me down, and I pay a lot, and I'm not going to keep doing that because now I realize it's been for nothing.

  • spartanpam Pam Aggelakos (@spartanpam) reported

@Fidomobile We have not had mobile service for over 12 hours, which includes text messaging. Can you let us know when this will be resolved?

  • trevortwining Trevor Twining (@trevortwining) reported

@Fidomobile I've kept my account and those of my family at full capacity through the pandemic in case we needed to use them. If they're not there when I need it, why am I paying almost $300/month for my family's service? Short answer: I sure won't be now.
