@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

@Fidomobile why don’t you support Apple Watch cellular?

@ms_oraaa @Fidomobile Just looking at your Tweets.... and it seems like you have the worst luck with companies. Is it possible that you are the problem? Just a thought.... you seem to be the common denominator.

@FidoSolutions No need. I have already tried talking on the phone with the agent to clarify things and it seems @Fidomobile will not correct your mistake at all for billing us for those “not made” calls and messages. It’s fine. We are switching to another network as soon as possible. Thanks

@Fidomobile please refund my outstanding amount 295$, I haven't received any cheque by mail at mentioned address (in my Fido account). Please refund my outstanding amount 295$. Very poor service. I am really disappointed.

@Fidomobile Removing access to agents over the phone is cost effective. However, your online chat option needs to be more robust. I’m having a horrible experience trying to get an unused charge removed from my bill. #Fido #Rogers

@Fidomobile internet outage Donlands and Cosburn… could you inform? Losing internet intermittently…

Every time I reach out to @Fidomobile support, I get pressured to cancel my order. I’ve opened files, complained, spoken to customer service on line/by phone/in store, and I get told “keep the order as is cancel the order”. We have a contract, how can Fido fail to meet the terms?

  • Conte_aw Conte (@Conte_aw) reported

@Fidomobile I called your service to assure my line is activated while traveling into USA but I can't make calls. I must use for business. Thanks to follow up

  • akshatmarya akshat marya (@akshatmarya) reported

@Fidomobile Got a hard credit check because I wanted wifi. The support then tells me that Fido can’t service that location. Now my credit score got a hit and it’s Fido’s fault. Why would you credit check if you can’t service the location? Take your credit check back.

@britcan71 @Fidomobile I rarely talk on the phone. I have a pay as you go plan with 7-11. Super cheap options. Only 20 bucks a month. No data. Text (unlimited) and voice only. I'm never going to sign a contract with anybody.
