@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

@FerretSquid13 @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hey, you don't have to worry about not being able to call 911. Emergency calls are not blocked by a service outage. You are still able to call, you just need to stay on the line. The only thing it affects is the 911 operator being unable to call you back if you disconnect.

@Rogers @Fidomobile ... anyone thought about re-booting your modems? Re-boot your computers? Change your charger? This is beyond a minor service glitch. Time to step up and be honest and clear about what’s really happening. #CustomerSatisfaction #fail!!

@Fidomobile your response to the issues was to shut down all avenues of customer support. You could at least he helping your customers set up wifi calling since you're unable to keep your service running. Instead you in st show us you really don't care.
