    @NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

    Honestly I cannot even begin to explain how terrible Fido is from every single angle. They honestly steal hundreds of money from you, hoping you do not notice and then take MONTHS to return it. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Absolutely disgusted with your company. Give me my $ back.

    @Fidomobile The worst service in BC . The worst staff . They don't pick the call whenever try to reach them .

    @Fidomobile hi; why was I charged long distance calls that I made through WhatsApp by Fido? I called your customer service and was told that WhatsApp charges and uses your network so I talked to them and they only use data not a cell network of Fido! Unbelievable by Fido 😖

    @Fidomobile To discuss 20 dollar discrepancy 2-hour wait What an excellent customer service Don't blame your contact center, guys. They are still getting minimum wage, and you guys make millions. Please continue make millions don't even bother about customer service

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions So so disappointed! I called your customer care and waiting period was more than a hour and called your store at least five times but no one responded to calls and even they haven't called me back! Is this the way that established brands work here?
