@MobileSyrup My god Fido really are becoming bottom feeders. Well I say that but they still charge as much or more for their services as anyone else. Probably just a ploy by Rogers to reduce the amount of support staff they employ.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile My phone is cutting out multiple times per hour. This is UNBEARABLE! I can't access my work apps without service leading to lost wages!!!!

@ManuelVeth @Fidomobile Agreed. Simply put, they don't charge per day, they charge for the month and this month they failed to deliver basic service levels. They are barely scratching two nines availability.

@Fidomobile 4) After multiple calls to customer service (on the last one I was told that someone would contact me for follow-up, but nobody has gotten in touch) it seems like they still don't know how to resolve this.

Just switched to @koodo after 3 days of unreliable service by @Rogers @Fidomobile. Enough is enough. #rogersoutage #rogersoutrage #rogers

@Fidomobile I had to factory reset my iPhone to get back on the network. It was a lot of hassle as I lost a lot of data.

@ManuelVeth @Fidomobile This is the second time in just over a year they’ve had basically a full scale outage. Last time it was luckily just cell service. Our Rogers fog ones are back but my Fido internet is still being spotty. Rogers most likely losing a bunch of clients

@Fidomobile 5) I wasn't able to talk to a customer service agent today, and instead was given a link to a virtual assistant that made me jump through some hoops to schedule a callback. I am going a little bananas here.
