@FidoSolutions What a disappointment to fill out the 3 forms that you required through Twitter. I was at the point of believing that @fidomobile will do something after this tweet. But of course, it was not the case. so far so bad... The @fidosolutions wants to deliver me to another department!

  • sambhavsareen Sambhav Kumar (@sambhavsareen) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile This is totally unacceptable, my Fido bill has been over 100$ for the last 2 months and I see unknown charges for the calls we never made I complaint previous month and see it again, I have to leave FIDO for good

  • themohitdudeja Mohit Dudeja (He/She/They) (@themohitdudeja) reported

@Fidomobile You charged me double amount for my monthly bill. Customer service agent disconnected without listening to me. I'm an international students in Canada. I can't afford to pay double. Kindly look into it. 934546771

@Fidomobile Continue what in private. Please just fix this issue

  • the_wildfire001 David Wildfire (@the_wildfire001) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions kindly find someone to make a proper working app. The design is bad, viewing my own information works horribly and putting money in my account isn’t working. Off to the store we go … again…

  • DancesWithLysol DancesWithLysol (@DancesWithLysol) reported

@roof_talks @Fidomobile People use phone numbers as a method of signing in to things? Email addresses are typically what's used for usernames because they're more secure, and offer a good channel to send "password reset" emails. Why would someone use their phone number for a login?

  • Mariam787068241 Mariam Didi (@Mariam787068241) reported

@Fidomobile DO NOT, I Repeat, DO NOT use this company as your cell phone provider. They will fraudulently charge you for other lines, and never fulfill the promises they make when you sign your contract. BEWARE

  • garysworldpc garysworldpodcast (@garysworldpc) reported

@Fidomobile hey, do I have to call in to cancel my service? I'm not looking for you guys to do anything, I'm really past the point of wanting to continue with you as my service provider, I just need to know the cheapest way to cancel because you charge for everything now.

  • megsd_23 Meaghan (@megsd_23) reported

.@rogers/@Fidomobile: Oops our service is out for a full day. Our bad. Also Rogers/Fido: You now have to pay more for your plan so you can directly fund our upgrades and it doesn't have to come out of our billions in profits. 🙄

  • vikasjaswal07 vikas jaswal (@vikasjaswal07) reported

@Fidomobile please stop misquoting and misinforming people when you signed up for new contract. Completely cheated with with policies and customer service. Never delivered on your promise. Beware people.
