@Fidomobile @yu231233 Their support is absolute trash I have a phone that I got on Friday that still isn’t working. Minimum 2 hr wait to talk to anyone is ridiculous. I also was told I would get follow up call last night but nothing of course, sad!

@Fidomobile I just tried calling tech support and apparently it says that you are “exceptionally closed” lol… online it says your customer support is open for another two hours. Glitch in the system?

@Fidomobile i am trying to contact fido customer care from last 3 days thru chat/call but never i am able to connect to customer care . Didn’t know fido has such a poor customer service for the existing customers

@Fidomobile i tried contacting the customer care @ diff timings throughout the day the only response i get is all customer care exec are busy.. if fido can’t solve problems for existing customers it is better fido doesn’t take new customers and make their life hell

Fido did not honor/cancelled my brother's BlackFriday phone deal which he placed for pickup. Simply ruined, way to go. No notice given. Went to there customer Live chat, and they are offering at higher prices the same phone and plan. @Fidomobile @JaiswalRavinshu
