    @Fidomobile How come my connection got compromised then? Got worse when I upgraded my account. And customer service is not the greatest by the way... Took 3 months to get back the connection I had, and this should've been an upgrade...

    Hi @Fidomobile HELP please. Charge for a service I didn't add to my plan & didn't use, it doubled the bill. I had it removed but fido wont back date it to when fido added it. Now fido's saying they cant fix it & I must pay or fido will cut the phone line. Pirate much?

    @deahgee @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions stop blaming everyone’s phones. Your service is down. Multiple areas across Ontario don’t have service which is not safe during this time of day. Solve issue ASAP instead of wasting time by telling us to reboot our cellphones.

    @Fidomobile I can't believe I got hustled into spending more money and you guys are blaming a store associate instead of fixing the issue. Does the store associate not work for Fido? Amazing. Way to piss off a 15 yr customer. Hey @VancityReynolds you have mobile company right?
