@Fidomobile Stay away from Rogers Fido they harass elderly man with health issues over a broken phone that he never owned or paid a single payment on they harass him to pay for something he never used paid for! Billing address is ex wife’s! Stay away from Rogers Fido they don’t care!

@Fidomobile why oh why is it so hard to get a straight answer???? My birthdate doesn’t match your credit check. After identity confirmation I was told it was fixed by the credit desk. Nope, still can’t activate a plan after he told me no problem now. This is exhausting.

@Fidomobile charging me $3,500 for a phone bill. Not working with me to resolve the issue. 8 weeks of battling and countless times to reaching out to you and no response. After harassing you, I’m told there’s nothing you can do…I should’ve never switched from @TELUS I’ll be back

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Its now the 5th day w/o internet. I hv missed 2 days of work and tomorrow is going to be the 3rd. All I'm hearing from CS team is that the IT team needs to resolve this and v don't have an ETA. U have lost a loyal customer (3yrs). Ordered another service provider.

@Fidomobile Fido sucks they harass me over a broken phone that I never used or paid for! Bill is in my ex wife’s name and the address on the bill is her address! I am elderly and in poor health heart issues diabetes high blood pressure! They know this and harass me to pay for a broken phone!

@Fidomobile you have by far the WORST customer service and i am ASHAMED that i EVER recommended you to ANYONE. stealing money from customers and throwing your hands up and saying “oh well can’t change anything now”. PATHETIC.
