Caroline (@C_Weynerowski) reported@Fidomobile - I just went to my Fido account online to close it. Apparently one has to call you to do that. I'm deaf. I cant call. And that "Ask Jack" thing? Useless. Your service is not deaf-friendly at all and your storefront is closed due to COVID.
