    @Fidomobile extremely unsatisfied with the service given by fido, They dont listen to customer problem . Big mistake to be a fido customer, there are better plans with other carriers and much good customer service.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile it’s now been 15 calls since 2:47pm… I’m trying to work, have an ailing parent and it’s the snow storm “of a generation”.. absolutely no way you can help? This is horrendous. I have the numbers…

    @Nicki15 @Fidomobile @Canada I did not sign for public special plan, but I made own deal with Fido. It was hard time to fix my plan to get their offer.. almost I spent 1 week.. everyday I need to contact Fido. Finally one of offer management lady contact me and fixed. But I need to see next bill to confirm

    @Fidomobile Getting multiple scam calls again today .. between 2:47 and 3:07 they called 5 times. Is there anything we can do?? Can’t turn the phone off!! It’s becoming a very frequent issue…
