    Count your days @Fidomobile !! I've scheduled a callback and still haven't received a call. I even tried the stupid voicemail prompt and still no call back. Cancel my account while we're at it.. It's not like I get to use it anyway. Ever since you guys upgraded your network...

    What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days

    @Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!
