    @Fidomobile I was within the two weeks, I should be able to just cancel and get my money back. I tried it, didn’t work out, oh well. This leads to the first time I called in. I tell the rep that I’m looking to cancel my service, "Oh, let me check... (4/21)

    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done

    @Fidomobile your customer service is a complete travesty. I'm trying to change address, but I can't even login to my account bc your website never sends the verification code. AI chat bot is useless. Phone dial-a-bot is useless. I'll just let you guys bill the wrong address
