Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. You can take back my modem nd new Note 20 Ultra! Done

That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!

Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. I waited nothing then tried to ask virtual assistant for my scheduled callback then obviously nothing!!
