@Fidomobile I'm on Roger's website right now, I could have my new Note Ultra delivered today and guess what? They help you set it up! That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!

  • pcofwork Pcofwork (@pcofwork) reported from London, Ontario

@Fidomobile I am absolutely LIVID right now. The busiest time of year and you can't have extra staff to provide customer service? Profits are more important than your customers! Been on hold for over an hour on my only day off. No respect for ppls time. WORST customer service!

  • BigTimHodges Tim Hodges (@BigTimHodges) reported from London, Ontario

Fido home Internet down for the second time this week. :-(

  • engrsaleh Saleh Hussein (@engrsaleh) reported from London, Ontario

  • jmccall54 Jeremy McCall (@jmccall54) reported from London, Ontario

@DerekSilva @late2game @JClarkey I really liked Fido but recently had to go back to Rogers because Fido didn’t support our apple watches. Otherwise great experience.

  • pcofwork Pcofwork (@pcofwork) reported from London, Ontario

If you're thinking of getting anything with @Fidomobile, don't do it! Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. You can take back my modem nd new Note 20 Ultra! Done

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Good morning Fido. Could you please advise one simple thing? Why do you love to deliver poor services ? Is thz something you love to do consistently ? I think Candians stop using Fido. Don't ask my why. Plz check my dm. It's wise thing to as a company.

  • marcmcpherson marc mcpherson (@marcmcpherson) reported

Looks like @Fidomobile has decided their service is so exceptional that it deserves a price hike. I tend to disagree. Who has the best rates going on 2 line plans with minimal/moderate data. @Bell or @TELUS?

  • AHAkramLodhi Haroon Akram-Lodhi (@AHAkramLodhi) reported from The Beaches, Ontario

@FidoSolutions has been quite useful in the past. Not today. 3 hours after first explaining my issue I am still saying the same thing! No help whatsoever, @Fidomobile

  • GenCounsNews Leslie Ordal (@GenCounsNews) reported

Canadians, I am seriously considering dropping @Fidomobile after four months of trying to get my phone upgraded with yet another "oh it's going to take the head office 10 more days to look at your request"-type delay... I know they're all bad but any recs?

  • therealamadeou Amadeo Demchi (@therealamadeou) reported

. @Fidomobile I am quitting you tomorrow in case it proceed as it proceeds. 2nd day in a row in new toronto neighbourhood there is fido home internet outage. You are not informing why it happens. I am working from home , you owe me money I lost cause of your negligence

  • hilaryl95 Hilary Lui (@hilaryl95) reported

@Fidomobile I tried to sign in for Refer a Friend but every time I fill out my details and go to the next step the page reloads and the Captcha shows "ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key". When will this be fixed?

  • Paigezillaz Paigezilla (@Paigezillaz) reported

Why does @Fidomobile have the absolute WORST connection ever?!? It's like like playing telephone as a kid, but realizing you're efforts to fix the issues are futile, you're essentially the kid from "The Sixth Sense" and the CS don't actually exist, nor do you...

  • mrbuddles MAX (@mrbuddles) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Can you guys get rid of that callback feature? I need immediate assistance and it doesn’t help that I have to wait for someone to call me back.

  • patchikiya patchikiya (@patchikiya) reported

    @FidoSolutions To look? Stephanie...6 months... a solution! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

  • tool0001 Maobao (@tool0001) reported

@Fidomobile why isn't Fido introducing service where it asks caller to press random number to connect to call to user? Telus has this feature and it stops spam calls from getting thru.
