@Fidomobile : just pissed with how your agents are so hopeless. I am charged a 50 dollar for service fee which was expected to be credited back. This has not been done and your agents keep talking random stuff.

@Fidomobile what's wrong with the app? When I click sign in, it keeps redirecting me to the browser, and once I put in my credentials, it crashes. This has been going on for about a week.

@Fidomobile I tried to sign in for Refer a Friend but every time I fill out my details and go to the next step the page reloads and the Captcha shows "ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key". When will this be fixed?

@FidoSolutions has been quite useful in the past. Not today. 3 hours after first explaining my issue I am still saying the same thing! No help whatsoever, @Fidomobile

I have always had great service from @Fidomobile, but “Ask Jack” chat is appalling. - Agents can’t type in full sentences - Punctuation is mythical - Typos galore because agents have to handle multiple chats & problems at once. Get your agents back to the phones!
