Pcofwork (@pcofwork) reported from London, Ontario@Fidomobile I'm on Roger's website right now, I could have my new Note Ultra delivered today and guess what? They help you set it up! That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!
-
Jeremy McCall (@jmccall54) reported from London, Ontario@DerekSilva @late2game @JClarkey I really liked Fido but recently had to go back to Rogers because Fido didn’t support our apple watches. Otherwise great experience.

Pcofwork (@pcofwork) reported from London, Ontario@Fidomobile I am absolutely LIVID right now. The busiest time of year and you can't have extra staff to provide customer service? Profits are more important than your customers! Been on hold for over an hour on my only day off. No respect for ppls time. WORST customer service!

Derrel (@SDerrel) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FidoSolutions You’re solution is to send me to @Brightstar. Shame on @Fidomobile for working with this company.
-
Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, OntarioTraffic Services blames “budget” on lack of traffic enforcement. What I’ve seen out there are police officers on traffic duty, ignoring blatant traffic violations. This is a cultural problem, not one of budget. Toronto Police officers follow the FIDO motto: F* It Drive Off.
-
Zach Burke (@zachburke5075) reported from Norwich, Ontario@desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.
-
Mel Mah (メル・マ)剣盾面白い (@Mdegozaru) reported from Calgary, Alberta@FidoSolutions hey I think a number is spamming people claiming to be the 'Fido Chinese Customer support' from +14038093609.

Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Stratford, Prince Edward Island@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.
-
Walied Khogali Ali (@waleedkhogali) reported from Toronto, OntarioAfter hours of arguments, Fido actually admitted fault and offered to credit the 1000 minutes at the standard rate ($1.95/min), bringing the bill down to $1,300+, which he still can’t pay.

Zach Burke (@zachburke5075) reported from Norwich, Ontario@desxsmith @fido Ask to speak to retention and cancel your account. Frontline customer care normally can’t help and try to resolve the call quickly without normally helping the customer.
