That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!

Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. Have been a customer since 2003 - when are you going to pickup my call?! What lousy customer service!

Canadian Woman 🇨🇦 (@eraseing_woman) reportedJust opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.
