    @Fidomobile I'm on Roger's website right now, I could have my new Note Ultra delivered today and guess what? They help you set it up! That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!

    If you're thinking of getting anything with @Fidomobile, don't do it! Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. You can take back my modem nd new Note 20 Ultra! Done

    Hey @Fidomobile I’ve been on hold close to an hour to resolve my flaky phone network issue and have to be serenaded with your awful top 40 playlist while waiting. Have been a customer since 2003 - when are you going to pickup my call?! What lousy customer service!

    @Fidomobile @Rogers There is an outage, Canada wide, for both Fido and Rogers. Estimated time of return: 5pm EST.

    @Fidomobile I am absolutely LIVID right now. The busiest time of year and you can't have extra staff to provide customer service? Profits are more important than your customers! Been on hold for over an hour on my only day off. No respect for ppls time. WORST customer service!

    @DerekSilva @late2game @JClarkey I really liked Fido but recently had to go back to Rogers because Fido didn’t support our apple watches. Otherwise great experience.

    @Fidomobile Hey. I wanted ask you guys to make international calling to Iran available on Fido and @Rogers network for free, Iranians are trying to call their loved ones back home in this horrific situation and something like this can help to put their mind at ease a bit.

    @Fidomobile What do I need to do to receive a call or cancel my service? I have already called customer service and scheduled a callback twice, but nothing has worked. I no longer want to keep waiting, I just want this issue resolved.

    @Fidomobile That's not correct..we should talk directly to customer service any time ..if I pay my bill two days later are you guys won't charge me the interest? Then why do I have to wait for two days to talk with customer service
