    If you're thinking of getting anything with @Fidomobile, don't do it! Customer service is deplorable, plans are crap compared to Rogers, and they only offer empty apologizes, they do not value their loyal customers whatsoever. You can take back my modem nd new Note 20 Ultra! Done

    @Fidomobile I'm on Roger's website right now, I could have my new Note Ultra delivered today and guess what? They help you set it up! That is what customer service looks like! And the plan they're offering is way better than the one you offered a ten year loyal customer!

    @Fidomobile I am absolutely LIVID right now. The busiest time of year and you can't have extra staff to provide customer service? Profits are more important than your customers! Been on hold for over an hour on my only day off. No respect for ppls time. WORST customer service!

    @DerekSilva @late2game @JClarkey I really liked Fido but recently had to go back to Rogers because Fido didn’t support our apple watches. Otherwise great experience.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Its now the 5th day w/o internet. I hv missed 2 days of work and tomorrow is going to be the 3rd. All I'm hearing from CS team is that the IT team needs to resolve this and v don't have an ETA. U have lost a loyal customer (3yrs). Ordered another service provider.

    @Fidomobile charging me $3,500 for a phone bill. Not working with me to resolve the issue. 8 weeks of battling and countless times to reaching out to you and no response. After harassing you, I’m told there’s nothing you can do…I should’ve never switched from @TELUS I’ll be back

    @Fidomobile Fido sucks they harass me over a broken phone that I never used or paid for! Bill is in my ex wife’s name and the address on the bill is her address! I am elderly and in poor health heart issues diabetes high blood pressure! They know this and harass me to pay for a broken phone!

    @Fidomobile Fido sucks I know! No customer service training! Try to bill you for a phone you never made one payment on and it’s broken! They would not cancel the account because the phone was broken and I signed because I had a drivers license ! Fido sucks

    A member of staff @WISHvancouver asked to look at my Wi-Fi Signal during my 2-night stay at their shelter, Jul 26-27, which is my cell phone provider @Fidomobile got leaked. Within a day of that event my data plan (20GB (+1GB $20 top up) had to be paused despite normal usage.
