    For anyone who just read my cranky diatribe, I was wrong. I blasted @Fidomobile because apparently my ability to do math has been impaired over the last few days. They are treating me just fine, although it appears their customer service people are a bit overloaded these days.

    So, short version: on the 15th day I tried to modify my @Fidomobile contract, and had no luck reaching customer support. Today I tried a DM, and was told I was too late. I’m always open to hearing the other side. In the words of #reddit, AITA?

    ... (nice try, but we’re over). I tried to reach @fidomobile yesterday via live chat; I waited for an hour for the promised agent to appear. I feel like I’m being penalized by their obviously overextended customer service staff.

    Those of you who know me know that I love praising good service. But I’m dismayed by my latest interaction with @Fidomobile. I was disappointed to learn that @rouquinne and I wouldn’t get $50 credits for her referral because we’d done it the wrong way. But okay, I get it. /1

    $3300 was disputed last year and I got them back. Still don't why I was charged though and how they got my account information. It might have affected my credit score. @Fidomobile If not solved quickly, I might have to change my phone service provider.

    .@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions why are you guys calling me 3 times a day to offer me $65 for 20GB when I say @TELUS is charging me $60 for the same? Who would say yes to paying $60 more per year for the same service? Stop calling me unless you've got a deal. 🙄
