    @Fidomobile HORRIBLE customer service!! HORRIBLE!! After 5 calls and 10 hrs, in total, on the phone, they issued and escalate another ticket for a simple 'My Account' login problem. They promised, the same as the last 4 times, to be fixed in 2 days. Their word is worth nothing

    I got kicked out of the zoom for my job interview TWICE on Tuesday! Even with the camera off! @TELUSsupport what the hell?! This literally is worse than just not having internet. It's unbearable. My @Fidomobile data is the only thing saving me rn! Pls I beg, fix it! Now! 2/2

    @Fidomobile I am considering your borderless Canada US plan. How is your service at border areas? Is your coverage like Rogers which is good or like Videotron which has 60 km of no service?

    Listening to my partner on the phone with @Fidomobile trying to explain the problem with reducing the data on his plan by 5GB four days before the billing cycle ends. They legitimately don’t understand. Retention dept won’t be saving this customer, yikes.

    @Fidomobile after speaking to a CSR they said there has been no record of me ever calling the US prior to these alleged call dates. i’m quite frustrated because i’ve been with you for years, never asked to amend bills and the ONE time i have an issue there’s 0 help.

    @Fidomobile i’m sorry but this isn’t customer service. i’m really upset that i have to deal with this after i haven’t called, and never will call the US. it’s a joke to offer 3 free months of US calling to someone who has never called the US rather than credit the charge.

    @hbshmoe @Fidomobile Don't think Fido has a 'Canada US borderless plan'. They offer Fido Roam. Regardless, they use the same network as Rogers
