No solution was provided to me for july 8 outage for which you guys gave me peanuts…Refund amount is not acceptable to me..if you can’t make it good enough than take it back. I don’t need it.

Tony (@Tony14236731) reported@Fidomobile fido agent Thursday promised $25 credit to me, but now they said the fido system can't be compatible with my loyalty plan. Never believe fido agents and fido company. Now they only said they were sorry can't do anything.
