Would've liked to see @Fidomobile and rogers learn from their recent mistakes and sort out their phone lines. Last power outage left me without my phone for hours and so far this one has seen me without cell coverage for 24hrs so far #poweroutage #Montreal

@Fidomobile what is going on? our phones have been down for way too long this is ridiculous. 2 DAYS??!

  • GenCounsNews Leslie Ordal (@GenCounsNews) reported

@Fidomobile Oh no apparently not disappeared, just "that was a time-limited discount that we offered you as apology for all the trouble, but we didn't place the order within the time limit, so now you have to pay full price again"

  • SeekerStreams Seeker (@SeekerStreams) reported

@Fidomobile I had auto payments active and a payment bounced.. Once I got the funds I made a manual payment and then the auto payment came out as well after.. I accidentally paid twice! Support is telling me ill get a cheque in 5 weeks if I want a refund... are you kidding me?

  • tamcos71 Tammy H (@tamcos71) reported

@KarenWenLin @Fidomobile They also charge for roaming when your roaming is turned off in another country. Apparently WE have to call them to opt out. Huh? Never had to do that with other companies. Brutal.

Canadian internet/data plans suck so much. Wifi has been down due to #icestorm2023 since yesterday. Mobile data is so limited and only way to keep connected and I know my measly monthly allowance will expire in these two days. Fricking give more @Fidomobile

  • moodyangela Synthetic Animals (@moodyangela) reported

Wtf My Fido bill increased without any notice @Fidomobile why would you change my amount for the second time in less than a year? And with zero notice?

  • fmichlick Frank Michlick (@fmichlick) reported

So now @Fidomobile support tells me that blocking international and long distance calls doesn't block calls to the US an Mexico, even though the previous support agent placing the block forgot to mention that.

  • ELYABITBOL ELY ABITBOL (@ELYABITBOL) reported

I would appreciate if you could refund the extra amount that I have been charged, ensure that my future bills reflect the agreed-upon rate. Furthermore, I would like to express my disappointment with your company by leaving a very bad review online. @Fidomobile

@tamcos71 @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Oh man that sucks! My roaming is off too. Fido credited back my money because they couldn't prove I was down in the states on calls and texts and using data. I rarely touch my phone when I'm outside Canada. Can you ask them for the proof you were on your phone?
