    The irony of Ted @Rogers shuffling around his CEOs is that it’s long been a terrible company regardless and I left its @FidoMobile division largely because of HIM. Following @MarthaLRogers has been a treat though

    @DondeBelle1 @Fidomobile You will need to contact customer service to make the change. You should note that there's a migration fee for the switch between the plan types

    Just talked to @Fidomobile and they said there is a problem with the internet connection in my area. They will send people to fix the issue, and it might take 10min, an hour, or way longer to resolve it. They can’t promise anything… Oh, wow. >.<

    @Fidomobile I received call from winback department month ago. I had discussion with them and I suppose to get a call after 3-4 days. It's been month and I haven't received call yet. I reach out to customer service twice today and also visited store but still disappointed.
