    @FidoSolutions I called the fraud department today again and left a message again and again. Not available. And normal customer service is not able to help me because I can't access my account - my account has been suspended because of THAT FRAUD ISSUE!!! Unbelievable. @Fidomobile 2/2

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Will be checking for credits to both phone lines that failed from late night 18 April to early morning 21 April 2021. Millions affected & $millions lost by all Canadians BC of the lack of service 😡

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile giving customers credit equivalent to a fee for one day is not enough. Thats just crazy! How about you ask your customers how much money did they lose because of your service being down for that day? This is totally insane and unfair. fidooutage

    My bill was overdue on the same day of the outage. I asked if they can waive the small fee of $2.91 since I couldn't even use my phone. "We are not liable for losses during an outage and it was not a planned outage" says Fido. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions #rogersoutage
