@Fidomobile @Rogers fix my phone RIGHT NOW I can't go to a store and the call center operators are not doing their job, this is not acceptable

@Fidomobile how do we make this complaint more official? this support model is unacceptable in any line of business. how do we make sure that this reaches the decision maker of Fido?

@Fidomobile Yes there is no service, I received a text saying my service is suspended due to 3g network retirement but I got this sim card activated yesterday and it is new.

  • CamCrookston
    Cameron Crookston (@CamCrookston) reported

@Fidomobile You suspended the service of my 79 yo mothers cellphone without notice and when I call for supper your lines are so busy you can't even schedule a call back because your lines are so busy your automated system just hangs up on me

  • FranciscaVerg16
    Francisca Vergara (@FranciscaVerg16) reported

@mrxisonx @Fidomobile Fido is a scam. They can't possibly charge us a fee for this. It's okay to lose service, but charging a fee is the last straw! I have a 5G-compatible phone, and they still charged me! This deserves a massive collective complaint!

  • sepideh_208
    sepideh (@sepideh_208) reported

@Fidomobile And said wrong department again and said I can't transfer you so you have to hang up and call again. What kind of customer service is this? Making me call again and stay on hold again. Not acceptable. Fido has given me a terrible experience since June cause I have been calling

@Fidomobile then? what’s the solution? are we gonna get the usual customer support?

  • skimzyyy
    RoYan (@skimzyyy) reported

@Fidomobile @Fidomobile what the hell is happening to your customer service contact line? Wait time is almost an hour without a call back. Also, I want to suspend my account for a while.

  • SeanHanleyTO

@Fidomobile So is anyone going to help out?

  • act4sp
    Act IV (@act4sp) reported

@Fidomobile why do you force people to switch to 5G for home phone service ‘at no additional cost’, then proceed to charge $85 for the change and hang up automatically when customers call support due to ‘high call volumes’?
