Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile! Was offered a plan from an agent and when I called back they said it was an invalid offer. Been a customer for over 10 years, maybe it's time to change providers 😡😡😡...glad I'm on a month to month...

@Fidomobile black friday #promotions are an absolute #scam. If you are a #LOYAL customer you cannot benefit unless you make an upgrade. And the amounts they advertise differ from one store to another!
