@MsYouDoYou Weird! We got Bruce from Flirting with Fido who is VI based and they do trips down to Cali to pull dogs from the shelters there. There was a process but it was pretty easy!

So disappointed in @Fidomobile service. I was on hold for 40 mins and as soon as I get in contact with a worker I get cut off. I really hope someone can get back to me Because I don’t want to wait on hold for so long again

@Fidomobile I got my fido bill more than what was promised. first month bill was $75.82 instead of $50 plan. Second month bill is as per $50 plan instead of $35 plan. Customer service is very bad to resolve the issue.

Why are so many @Fidomobile customers getting their packages stolen by @PurolatorHelp ? Purolator is accusing their customer of stealing their own package but refuse to review their own camera footage. Unacceptable
