    @MsYouDoYou Weird! We got Bruce from Flirting with Fido who is VI based and they do trips down to Cali to pull dogs from the shelters there. There was a process but it was pretty easy!

    @Fidomobile Illegally billing immigrants now? My neighbour received a SIM card, plan details in the mail for a mobile plan they never asked or applied for. They don't speak English very well, so calling got nowhere. You've billed them $121.23 for services that they didn't want.

    @Fidomobile one of my friends got iPhone 12 pro max on 0$ down and i am unable to get one on 0$ down. In fact, i have been a fido customer much longer than her. Why is that?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Brightstar I pay a monthly fee for premium device protection on a Galaxy S20. My screen is broken and needs to be replaced ASAP. I filled out a service request but have not received any information on where to take my phone for repair!

    Back in feb I DID pay my phone bill, sent proof and to this day it’s not sorted out. Extra $130 in interest charges for something I PAID @Fidomobile get your **** together. I’m not paying those fees

    @vwmannn @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I have Fido too, and I also got a charge for Roaming in the U.S this month, despite the fact I haven’t got not even close to the US border in months, if not more than a year now. Luckily it was only $8 and they’ve refunded me after I contacted them via online support.
