    @MsYouDoYou Weird! We got Bruce from Flirting with Fido who is VI based and they do trips down to Cali to pull dogs from the shelters there. There was a process but it was pretty easy!

    @VirginPlus I chose you over @Fidomobile since their customer service was beyond tolerance, but your bad reception is forcing me to switch back. I had 0 issues with Fido's reception. Disappointed

    @Fidomobile Plz hav better coordination between sales,chat customer care team & retention team.Due to lack of coordination & communication, clients like myself will end paying over $5 per month over two years. Fido client of 10 yrs with this level of service, Kudos Fido!!!

    @Fidomobile just need to switch devices with 15 day period. How do I do that. Store says call support. Support says go to store. Umm…maybe you guys should get your stories straight.

    @Fidomobile Hello, I need a help for my friend. She is a student and use to have long distance plan. Her plan got expired mid way and she incurred a monthly charge of $1282. She was on phone with her family in India. Family member was sick. 1/3

    Disappointed with @Fidomobile I've been charged for the devices although I returned them within 30 days. Since 2 months I am following up for the refund, everything executive says that it will be adjusted in next bill! Really should have though before switching to your network!
