@MsYouDoYou Weird! We got Bruce from Flirting with Fido who is VI based and they do trips down to Cali to pull dogs from the shelters there. There was a process but it was pretty easy!

What is @Fidomobile doing? Hidden cost that no one informs you about? No flexibility in data plans? No clarity on the contract? So eager to get customers on board but the worst experience after that. Have lost so much money only in the last 3 months of onboarding.

@Virgin I chose you over @Fidomobile since there customer service was beyond tolerance, but your bad reception is forcing me to switch back. I had 0 issues with Fido's reception. Disappointed

@Fidomobile I spent 15 minutes on hold, finally got through to a member of staff, he said he was just collecting some information about my account, another 10+ minutes waiting, nothing & then I get cut off!! I have left Canada for now so I want to cancel my contract

If you are a @Fidomobile customer, I advise you not to pay for device protection from @Brightstar, now called 'Likewize' - worst service ever. Don't answer support requests. Charged me for a phone I returned. Totally useless.

@Fidomobile What does it matter when you discontinue peoples phones when they travel abroad. I paid extra for a comprehensive international package, and I can’t even make a phone call in the UK. Try letting people have their phone service instead of handing out prizes.

@Fidomobile Bought a used fido phone in June. No issues. Now it is blacklisted. Have text convo with seller saying the phone is clear, not stolen. Do I have any options here? I want to keep phone.

Save yourself from @Fidomobile . Will call you multiple times to increase your data and when you do, will never let you reduce it. So many hidden clauses and costs that they will slyly never inform you. #worstcustomerservice #banfido
