@gerbean99 @Fidomobile Unfortunately, there isn't anything anyone can do to prevent their number from being spoofed. Even the RCMP had their number spoofed. It's too bad more people aren't aware of the situation and more understanding when returning calls

@Fidomobile is there any word on service outages in northern Ontario? It’s been two days of almost zero service (only short bursts of data), no calls… 😢

@Fidomobile, very bad experience signing up with your company, the rep told me I can return/exchange the device anytime, anywhere, knowing I was moving from Toronto to Quebec. Now, I am told it can only be done at the store it was purchased. I don't like this phone, plz help!

@Fidomobile You're extremely unfair to your customers and punish their long term loyalty with ridiculous charges, overly expensive plans, and extremely poor customer support. NOT COOL!

@Fidomobile you guys need to send push notifications for expiration of service or sms so user can understand their service expiration. You people need to inform user. I get to know only when i got huge bill for long distance. you people cheat me. please improve your communication process.

@Fidomobile very bad customer service. Firstly, a long hold and then nobody answers. I need to speak immediately with someone. Have unauthorised charges on my billing.

@Fidomobile why am I getting a message saying my phone will be disabled in the extended network when I live and work entirely in a "good service" part of the map of my province? like, if you can't provide service where you say you do, that doesn't sound like I should be punished

@Fidomobile AND you charge for Fido Roam but your network doesn't work properly in the country you mention it works, and because you make it so difficult to reach support, customer is left helpless. NOT AT ALL COOL!
