    @Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

    @Fidomobile Hi Fido! I received a call from your Fido office (844) 379-4293 at 9:13am this morning. The person said he’s a Fido supervisor. He threatened me that if I continued to complain on Fido social media or to Fido customer service via phone calls, he will kick me out of Fido service.

    I was just going to let this go with the cancelling of our Roger's Wireless account, but now I am going to look into cancelling my @Fidomobile account too. I will no longer support the crooks at Rogers!

    @Fidomobile it’s been almost half a year since I emailed the refer a friend team about our referral credits. There has been no resolution and each time I’ve checked in I get the same form email saying it’s being investigated. Very frustrating! Does anyone actually work there?

    I'm on hold with @Fidomobile now for coming on 40 minutes without an answer. Had to go through their voice menu which suggest their idiot Jack service 10 times. FIDO ******* sucks ***** and are going to convince me to switch any second now. ******* ********!!!

    @Fidomobile even after paying off my device balance in may I am still getting charged for the device from last two months and that is not acceptable. You are making fools to the customer.

    @SpencerWallace_ @dinnerwithjulie @Fidomobile Call and ask to cancel. First operator won’t cancel, will transfer you to retention dept. This dept has deals and offers regular customer service does not. Let them woo you w goodies. If unsure at any point, say you’ve gotta think about it and will call back.
