@Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

@Fidomobile I hate to shatter your confidence because I got a heads up via text this morning and the scheduled 9am call never happened. To bad because technically Fido mobile has been quite reliable and customer service USED TO BE adequate, which it clearly no longer is.

@Fidomobile This is not much of a solution since I have to go through the tedious process of scheduling another call only for this to probably happen yet again. Perhaps suggest to your superiors that it would be great if customers could get help from humans if they needed to speak to someone

I joined @tech_mahindra in mid-May as a customer support rep. During the interview, I was told that we would only be working for @Fidomobile wireless services, but 2 weeks in, we were told to handle @Rogers 3G migration, Wireless, Xfinity sales, retention etc.(2/9)

@Fidomobile I have an appointment Omer Schell’s for tomorrow. I will let it ride and if no one calls this time I will commence shopping around for a new provider. Fido’s quality of customer service has nosedived recently. I used to be able to get a customer service rep on the phone.

if i call @Fidomobile one more time and i get that stupid virtual assistant asking me to schedule a call 3 days out, i'm walking to the nearest Virginia mobile or koodo kiosk. speaking to someone to resolve an ongoing issue shouldn't be this difficult

@988Canada @Fidomobile The poor service at Fido is increasingly infuriating. Does anyone work in customer service that is not a know nothing robot? I made an appointment last Friday and no one called that day at all. Today I made a new appointment, earliest was 4 days to speak to a rep.

@Fidomobile, after discovering that my data-only feed had been “paused”, and trying to unpause it, I discovered what your “customer service” is really about: - trying to pay extra got me an error message with a phone number that said it was discontinued; - calling your support number got me a bot that kept saying “again” when I asked to speak to a human; - going to the nearest FIDO store got me two guys who tried to sell me a more expensive plan AND bill me $20 for the transaction; - I never did get the promised callback from your agent. What I did do was contact your competitor 100 yards from you in the mall, and got exactly what I wanted in about 5 minutes, for a better price, and they waived the transaction fee. Facts are that you don’t care one little bit about your customers. You’re a disgrace to all dogs. Good riddance.
