@Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

@Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

If you're not going to help people... Why do you work at a ******* SERVICE PROVIDER CALL CENTER @Fidomobile I've never dealt with more incompetent people while calling just to fix a bill discrepancy.
