@Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

@Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

@Fidomobile why can I not do a simple phone upgrade and instead am prompted to call your customer service number where they'll attempt to charge me the device processing fee (which has happened before)? Just wondering
@Fidomobile Dissappointed. As a new customer who signed up a couple of weeks back, I am still on chat and call with the customer service trying to get my address corrected and internet connection set up. This is a nightmare.@FidoSolutions
@Aliquot126 @Fidomobile Agreed. On second modem for net. A third on way they keep sending broken or dead modem..room mate just wasted a month with partial service. Horrible customer service as well.
@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Your internet and agents who work on the phone for internet reasons are poor quality workers. Sent you a dm. Two business days or I take my business else where. It's all we are giving fido..two days. It's been over a month of horrible service and we figured out why today.
Want to know how @Fidomobile deals with things they don’t want to? They put you on hold for an hour and 23 minutes (and still going) in hopes that you’ll hang up. And then when I finally get the poor CSR on the phone “I” need to withhold my rage - Wish me luck. 😡
