    @Amandajoness11 @Fidomobile And wth the fido app is called "my account"? It's always a pain to find it on the phone because the name is not related to the service. It's name should be something like "my fido" or "fido account"

    @Fidomobile hello my name is Raymond Gratto phone number is 514 961 8824. When I go into my messages and click on Fido Extras when I ick on check it out it doesn't do anything just goes back to my home page showing my date usage etc... Please help. I do have the latest version

    @Fidomobile As a 10yr old customer not satisfied the way you deal. Whoever coming in newly enjoying so many benefits but not us. The way customer care dealing is also not good. First time feeling not good about Fido. Don't know what to do...

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile internet service has been intermittent since Thursday. I keep getting text messages to say the issue has been fixed and it isn’t. This is unacceptable now. I work from home! Literally got disconnected in the middle of meeting today.

    @Fidomobile, why is it hard to speak to a person & why is the default customer service set at passive aggressive and dismissive with vague answers to straight questions? Not enjoying being judged by the company I've been with for 25 years & treated like I don't deserve answers.

    So after three days of nonsense and having rude staff at @virginmobilecan give me false/misleading information, I’ve made the switch to @Fidomobile who have an amazing promo going on and the lady who helped me was the nicest and sweetest.

    @Fidomobile "Unfortunately we cannot connect the number dialled" This is the message I get 50% of the times I try calling. Thats #ROGERS for you Canada's no.1 network. @JorgeFernandes...CTO. Rogers is a failure in BC.
