  @Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

  @Fidomobile Hey! I am in Ottawa and haven’t had wifi for 3 days due to storm.. they’re saying it might be another 2 days before we get it back. As a loyal customer of over 20 years w Fido is it possible to get additional data?!? I have a 2.5 year old and she needs entertainment!

  Power has now been out for almost 24 hrs. I’ve used 4GB of data because I can’t use WiFi at home. What solutions do I have @Fidomobile? I’ll inevitably use the remaining 3GB in the next few hours. I’ve never gone over my limit but it appears I’m about to. #ONStorm

  Worst customer service @Fidomobile home internet is down for 3 days and unable to connect to technical support. Calling every day several times a day and just listening to music on hold. No support, period. WTF Fido? Hire some help or stop offering services you can’t support!

  Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.
