@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions When you want to save an old Fido phone from the landfill to reuse on another service but the operator won’t unlock it. Terrible customer service from a 20 year customer. 90 minutes on chat without success. Isn’t it the law they unlock phones.

@Vincenzo1991zx @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Agreed, I depend on my phone for work and emergencies. No credit was applied for this outage like they stated. I urge people to switch to a wifi phone. Works off a wifi connection to make calls and send texts. No monthly bill, no outages. You get your own number for life

@Fidomobile I did not receive any money off of my May bill because of your service intruption a few weeks back. I am wondering why? I would like $$ off my bill because your service intruption caused alot of grief for my bf and I. He lives abroad and we were speaking live.

@Fidomobile what gives . I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . Guess its time to bring my lines over to tells one by one

@Berry_xox @Fidomobile I was charged 1500 for a phone I returned. Fido took no responsibility for their customer service that made false claims and promises leaving it to me to have to deal with finally days later,I've proved I'm not a liar.

The retention person I just spoke to @Bell just said she knows they’re expensive, but I’m paying for the customer service experience just before she said “guess I can’t help you and we’re done here?”... great service. Off to @Fidomobile I go!

@Fidomobile The only way I'd consider staying with Fido is a free phone of my choice, free case, free charger, free warranty, free service for 2 years, plus a public written signed apology and a hit in my head so I'd forget why I want to leave Fido.

@Fidomobile If you gave me free of charge the phone of my choice and a new one every year, a free case, free warranty, free charger, and 2 years free service, a written public apology, and a hit to my head so I'd forget this weeks experience, then I may consider staying with fido

Absolutely ridiculous! In the state we’re in, in the middle of this pandemic, working from home being told by @Fidomobile that someone can’t come fix the internet for TWO WEEKS?!?!!!! As a customer with @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions for over 10 years, this is disgusting service!!
