@sa1nt_cha0s @Fidomobile It was the insurance's repair shop on the uni campus🙄 "u break we fix" or some **** idek So now because fixing it didn't work I had to call back, and they have to wait for approval from higher ups for a new replacement phone.. could be a few days 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

@Ellie_Mirni @GooglePay @Fidomobile And I wasted two hours on the phone talking to Fido's support which has no deeper access than me to my records' logs apparently. All I'm left with is the third party company and beg them for my money back... outrageous. I don't even know them.

How disrespectful is it that I have been with @Fidomobile for years on a $90 30gb plan, and my friend just join @Fidomobile a couple days ago and is offered a $60 30gb deal. @Fidomobile you are about to lose a loyal customer

To any @Fidomobile long term customers who are on the $90 30gb plan and are wanting the $60 30gb plan they are offering to brand new customers. All u gotta do is cancel your account and make a new one. Cause they clearly don’t care about keeping long term customers…
