    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile very bad customer service experience from @FidoSolutions . Going to #changeServiceProvider. Fido is discriminating with customers. As i am getting charged more for less data and my friend is getting charged less for more data.#badCustomerExperience

    Hey @Fidomobile customers , are you aware that loyal customers are offered 1 gig of data for $45.00 but new customer offers are 6 gigs for $45.00. Just an example of customer loyalty . I don’t use all my data and was looking to reduce my plan . Fido loyalty ?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions The biggest issue with your voicemail service is , it doesn’t tell the day and time the voicemail was left. I think I better move to @FreedomMobile who has better voicemail service. I lost my job because I thought msg was from past & never called them.

    @Fidomobile been Troy to speak to a live agent but it keeps telling me you are closed. Then tells me weekends hours are 9-5pm..help!

    @Fidomobile @Google There is a clear & well documented issue with the Pixel 6 Pro. Multiple websites have articles regarding the screen spontaneously cracking with NO physical/outside damage. Mine cracked IN MY HAND whilst scrolling. Yet you refuse to fix it. Unacceptable. 1/2

    @Fidomobile I am repeatedly getting spam calls masked under my OWN number. You REALLY need to up your spam-prevention game. Called customer service multiple times, to no avail.
