    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile very bad customer service experience from @FidoSolutions . Going to #changeServiceProvider. Fido is discriminating with customers. As i am getting charged more for less data and my friend is getting charged less for more data.#badCustomerExperience

    @Fidomobile 3 hours on phone . Missed out on Black Friday promotions and AirPods. Been a customer for over 5 years. One of the most unpleasant Black Friday experiences and a waste of a day in a very long time. Thanks for all the problems Fido.

    I have never seen customer service support team as uncomppassionate and rude as @Fidomobile you guys keep customers on the phone for over an hour and still the situation doesn't get resolved. Do better @Fidomobile!!! The least you can do for your customers is to be helpful.

    @Fidomobile , I am already on a 50$ 10 gb data plan. Black Friday fido deal is offering a 50$ 12 gb plan... How do I get the additional data?? ... It's been impossible to connect with customer care

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions There are some bad eggs in your Fido Montreal Chat support team. Blaming the Customer without proper due diligence and abruptly ending the chat is something I haven't seen done in a long time. Hope your Managers take heed #PoorCustomerService

    Ordered a phone +2 months ago and still haven't received a single update regarding the phone and no response. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life is @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions . I'm done. Changing my service.

    @Fidomobile online access to my account has been suspended (for no reason) and i have to wait 1.5 - 2.5 hours on the phone to find out WHY. Can you explain/please help? This is insane.
