  @Fidomobile Sorry to say, but it does everything but help, Cheniette! Should have a failsafe to connect to a live agent if somebody wants to, as opposed to forcibly offering a callback! I did book a callback though, and will look forward to discussing what’s going on! This has me concerned!

  @Fidomobile whats up with you? I live in downtown vancouver and there is no network signal this morning!?? (Already rebooted my phone)
