    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile very bad customer service experience from @FidoSolutions . Going to #changeServiceProvider. Fido is discriminating with customers. As i am getting charged more for less data and my friend is getting charged less for more data.#badCustomerExperience

    @Fidomobile Getting multiple scam calls again today .. between 2:47 and 3:07 they called 5 times. Is there anything we can do?? Can’t turn the phone off!! It’s becoming a very frequent issue…

    Really @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions ?? Got txt for bonus offer of additional 5 GB for loyalty plan but unable to add. Went to store and also called customer support, “as always no resolution provided”. Please don’t fool customers during holiday season.

    @Fidomobile Awful experience as a first-time customer. Never received my referral bonus despite being approved with confirmation email as proof. Customer support was entirely unhelpful as they are now unable to locate the referral. Complete waste of time.

    @Fidomobile Can u pls explain to me why I had to waste 1 hr of my time to get the credit on my acc refunded? You've been sitting on the credit for 2 months! What wld happen if a customer doesn't pay their bill for 2 months?

    @Nicki15 @Fidomobile @Canada I did not sign for public special plan, but I made own deal with Fido. It was hard time to fix my plan to get their offer.. almost I spent 1 week.. everyday I need to contact Fido. Finally one of offer management lady contact me and fixed. But I need to see next bill to confirm

    @Fidomobile one of the worst customer service in Canada. They don’t value customer time and despite escalation there is No response from them.
