    @DesreeJames @Fidomobile There is an outage, Canada wide, for both Fido and Rogers. Estimated time of return: 5pm EST.

    @Fidomobile I have already left Canada since June 2025 and will no longer use this plan and phone number. However, Fido keep charging me for 5 months. I can not cancel my plan online and also I can not talk to a specialist. Please help me to cancel my plan and STOP CHARGING ME anymore!

Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct

    @Fidomobile So this is prioritized over taking care of current customers? A friend with a recently deactivated phone needs to reactivate but without the fido number active there are 0 means of reaching customer service. Chatbox non-functional, no ability to reach anyone on phone.

    @Fidomobile FIDO MOBILE ALERT!! Fido has switched 100% AI assistants. Mine cannot understand or help me. A human can call me back next week!!! My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY! ALERT ALERT ALERT FIDO NO LONGER HAS HUMANS AVAILABLE FOR INCOMING CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS Today is THURSDAY and a human can call next week!!!!!

    @Fidomobile I scheduled a call back for the next day to change my account. I get the call back and the service rep hangs up on me or “disconnected”. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to schedule another call back. This isn’t available online, please can someone just help today?
