@Fidomobile It is ridiculous that the Customer Service made mistakes on account activity so my friend and I were not able to get the any bill credit. I even got an email saying that I will get the credit in 2-3 billing cycles with my friend’s. 🤷😵

dont get @Fidomobile they won't give you your 150 deposit back and to make things worst they will charge you for things you didn't use. Avoid having to be 50 min with costumer service

I won't be using my phone in January, so I looked into suspending service for the month @Fidomobile. Apparently, suspending service for fewer than three months isn't a thing, so I either pay the standard rate, or just cancel it altogether? That choice seems easy...
