    @Fidomobile I am going to switch to another service provider when my contract ends in a few months! I will not recommend anyone to Fido. Terrible customer service experience!

    @Fidomobile It is ridiculous that the Customer Service made mistakes on account activity so my friend and I were not able to get the any bill credit. I even got an email saying that I will get the credit in 2-3 billing cycles with my friend’s. 🤷😵

    @Fidomobile have problems sending out texts for at least the last two days. I can receive texts being sent to me, but my recipient's are not receiving from me. Please remedy asap.

    dont get @Fidomobile they won't give you your 150 deposit back and to make things worst they will charge you for things you didn't use. Avoid having to be 50 min with costumer service

    I won't be using my phone in January, so I looked into suspending service for the month @Fidomobile. Apparently, suspending service for fewer than three months isn't a thing, so I either pay the standard rate, or just cancel it altogether? That choice seems easy...
