    @Fidomobile customer solutions as stated in the phone message - it’s billing. I have spoken to customer solutions and they have transferred me to a different department and when I am connected that person has no idea why I was transferred because they cannot help me.

    @Fidomobile after 4 months of fighting with you guys, I gave up because your company was clearly not interested in rectifying this and it’s very obvious this is a tactic your company uses - “let’s make it as hard as possible to fix this because they’ll give up”

    Incredible! I have switched to @Fidomobile a couple hours ago speaking to someone on the phone and now there seems to be a problem and it’s impossible to reach anyone!!! NOT A GOOD START

    @FidoSolutions I lost approximately $500 in 2.5 days, is @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile willing to pay my lost. By law, company suppose to have back up power, unfortunately they dont give a damn about whats been happening.

    So @Fidomobile help me figure this out. I am given 5+ extra hours of data but let’s say I run out of my own data and try use that data, it doesn’t let me cause I don’t have anymore data and it doesn’t work on wifi…..Sooooo how does that make sense?

    @Fidomobile for 1 month. I finally told you guys I would have no problem getting an upgrade but I don’t want my bill to be any higher. You offered me a phone and plan that were on sale. I receive the phone and it’s the wrong phone so I call you guys and that phone plan you

    @Fidomobile now want to charge $15 to change your mobile plan if you speak to an agent on the phone but this service is free in person at a store. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION against disabled people and those who have issues with mobility. I AM TAKING THIS TO THE NEWS AND THE BBB

    @Fidomobile How do I file a complaint without going through your circle with customer service? My next alternative is to just post your horrible customer service on all the social media platforms and just have people make it go viral.

    @Fidomobile your AI customer service is abominable. You are improperly charging me roaming fees, yet your customer service AI will only provide me a call back tomorrow at 3pm at the earliest. And even then not really. They will call within 30 minutes if that scheduled time.
