@Fidomobile Almost 100% you lost me as a customer. My phone is suspended because of 3g retirement, even though it was confirmed my phone is compatible. Can't get through to support. Website is terrible. Signal was always trash anyway. Time for a change.

@Fidomobile @DJBryson Similar issue with me. I've been charged 84 bucks for no reason and after waiting an hour on CC, they informed me no reversal of charges

@Fidomobile I just changed over to Fido and took me days to finally talk to someone. When I got someone, he didn’t help at all. Not a single question was properly answered and not. A single problem was resolved.

@renukamendiss @Fidomobile I have already changed. Right away I switched, the VoLTE function was automatically enabled and saved me from using any of Fido's 3G. My device works perfectly, it's Fido's policy with OnePlus and now they are charging ne for their own problem. Crazy people.

I got charged $75 by @Fidomobile for not using VoLTE, even though my phone supports it. No help was provided, and VoLTE only worked after I switched to Bell. The notice was vague and the fee unjustified. I request a refund.

@opinionated_fin @Fidomobile I filed a complaint to CCTS, let see if you want to do that also. No service is provided during the transition except of charging me for $75 when I have a perfectly fine device is unacceptable.

@Fidomobile But why should it apply..my device is a one plus 5g device. This is just a manufactured way of charging customers.. you're making customers leave your service by this tactic

@realanmolverma @Fidomobile @Fidomobile I was nor peoperly informed of your 3G enforced 75 dollar service charge. I moved to a different carrier today. Yet you have charged my credit card. Refund the 75 dollars. I do not wish to remain a customer to Fido/Rogers.

@Fidomobile I was charged my plan amount for both my lines even though both are on a temporary suspension and has been for months now (it’s still actively on the temporary suspension). When I try to reach out for support there’s only robots available and they don’t understand.
