    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

    Yikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.

    @Fidomobile I was within the two weeks, I should be able to just cancel and get my money back. I tried it, didn’t work out, oh well. This leads to the first time I called in. I tell the rep that I’m looking to cancel my service, "Oh, let me check... (4/21)

    @Fidomobile URGENT My wife’s credit score dropped 140+ points due to FALSE $627 balance on Fido account CLOSED & PAID in 2022 Same issue in 2024 fixed with written proof now AGAIN We have proof Fix with TransUnion & Equifax immediately or CCTS #Fido #CreditScore
