    It's been 3 months since I cancelled, yet @Fidomobile continuous to charge my credit card every single month. your customer service is non-existent. You haven't resolved my past billing disputes, but you keep creating new ones. Stop charging me and clear my past disputes now !

    @Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.

    @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!

    @iFightForKids That's why I switched from @Fidomobile when they raised my price, cause the Ai virtual call in was so unbearable and you could not speak to a human same day. You had to book a callback for several days down the week.
