All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.
