    @FidoSolutions Still nothing. Why doesn’t @Fidomobile care about this existing customer who has made multiple reach outs, has been told multiple different things, been disconnected multiple times, and still has no resolution?

    @Fidomobile thank you for charging me 24 dollars for US roaming when I was in Edmundston-NB (never crossing the US border) and for saying that you can't give my money back because "it was automatic" and the customer service agent can't do anything about it. Nice going! 👌🏻

    @Fidomobile Why is it so impossible to get decent service from Fido? After an hour with an agent, he could not fix my problem because it was a "software problem or something." That was his answer to the problem. He refused my request to speak to a supervisor.
